This is insane to me.

It’s like nobody realizes that Schadel set this whole thing up with Toby and the gang to begin with.

Schadel had a lot of shares before the reverse merger here. He needed to get his share count under 10% to dump into the mineral water pump. To do this, he issued TakeOver a massive amount of restricted shares, effectively leaving him with about 9.8% of the outstanding stock. He then resigned to lose his insider status, and sold into the mega pump. He never had to disclose any of his sells.

I think he got away with over $50M, and probably split this money with Toby and the gang. He even went as far as to saying that he couldn’t sell his shares for a period of time which was untrue. He abruptly stopped discussing his holdings and never again posted a picture of his position.

Now that he has no shares to dump and the SS is huge, what’s the best plan going forward?? A reverse split, issue more shares and do it again.

But a reverse split would really get the LTNCARMY worked up, so what to do? Disguise your reverse split by doing a spin-off with a proportionate ratio, and then issue new shares to insiders and friends…. I’m guessing the spin-off will be into an empty shell that’s probably preloaded with conversion debt.

What’s your guess on the “proportionate” share ratio? These guys are greedy, it’s gonna be big. Rinse and repeat.

As you can see in the presentation, on the 3rd, they reported an 80.6M share OS. Why did they use the 3rd in their presentation?

FYI - the last time the TA updated the SS was on the 28th of last month. They reported an OS of 65.5M. Obviously they are hiding the current SS for a reason.

A long-side investor would email the TA and ask what today’s SS is. Except this particular TA doesn’t list an email address….

BBIG and insiders are sucking an incredible amount of money out of the market here and I would imagine the next time the TA updates the SS, there will be a fully diluted 247M shares out. She’s behind a bunch of videos discrediting SBUX, but I’m not even sure that corporate SBUX knows that she was implanted by the communist group.

Bad PR either way for Starbucks, they can’t win here either way. It’s very interesting to watch her create an untrue story line and slander corporate SBUX, and the public believes it. She hasn’t even worked at SBUX for a year and she has brainwashed all of her fellow employees.

Union news hasn’t really hit the market yet. There’s a girl named Jaz Brisack that was implanted into SBUX to do this. Very weird stuff if you look her up.

I don’t know. This is an OTC graduated scam. The TA is now gagged so that nobody can see the real OS. The paid pump has been enormous, and nobody has really looked into the officers of this company. Brian McFadden goes way back…. Tie this pig to GTLL and a few others, and you’ll have a sub $1 stock before you know it.

Stocks are typically shorted when they are overvalued. The pump was put on here to sell shares and exercise warrants.

I would think so. They announced the “finalizing of the merger”, which is the “merger”. FINRA considers a merger a corporate event:

IBGR reported finalizing a merger, which is considered a CORPORATE ACTION on August 11th, so FINRA should not process the ticker change request for at least 60 days from then. I’m sure somebody has paid the $500 FINRA fee.

My guess is they are in a quiet period prior to some sort of offering.
