First, I was simply replying to another poster who asked about selling. As for me, I came to the same conclusion that the musical chairs at the end of this will indeed be ugly so I sold this am. I'm out with a nice 4 figure profit.
I don't know how, why, or who is moving so many shares of this which is now easily into the millions of dollars value here. Can't imagine there's that many lemmings marching off the cliff here but maybe, given these times.
Also a possibility that the former CEO is doing more scamming, or potentially sold whatever stake/claim/ownership he had to some sucker. (I know, nothing to sell that anyone thinks has any value, ok) However the paper, the stock, the value of whatever is left..maybe he sold it so that someone could "try to use the stock" for whatever. Maybe even though the ticker is garbage, it's still cheaper and/or easier than starting over with a new ticker and trying to get it listed. Or, maybe he's scamming someone trying to do that and it's just more scam.
Don't know, don't care. All I know is that I bought low and sold high, profited, and I'm out, which is the whole point of trading, especially here on the OTC.
Now because I'm out, we'll probably see another 10x spike in the next couple days/weeks. I'm fine with that too. Don't look easy x's in the mouth.
I bought several million of this garbage years ago, knowing it was scammy as hell at .0001 as an experiment in garbage stocks. When I saw this clearing .0002 I simply set a limit order for .0003 and waited and they filled pretty quick. Easy 3x return from what I thought was just a wasted couple hundred bucks on a long term experiment. Now, as you may have guessed, I'm "into the black" again and still have a million left. I could increase my profits at .0006, or see how far it goes and risk what's left. All this nonsense of can't buy or sell, I seem to be able to sell just fine.
The bid/ask tree is all orchestrated bullshit anyway so it not being there doesn't really affect anything.
IF you figure the OS is 18 billion shares, within the last 30 days, 5 billion have traded. Clearly something is going on, that translates to 1.5 mil$ So someone is doing something, making a play, starting a business...
Clearly something is up. Maybe he's maxing out the authorized 20b, and just sucked 1.5mil out of a random 1500 people at a 1000 each. Doesn't seem feasible tho.
Either way, I picked up a few mil years ago at .0001, and those paid off in spades at 4-6x now!! I'll take it because I had chalked them up as a zero.
And no- nobody cares about the scam factor- people know - people have seen - people don't care.
Wow the whole gangs back or what? I just happened to glance at this this am at like .63, then around noon I looked and was like wow! What did I miss? A quick glance showed nothing. Zip. Nada. No PR. Nothing in the pipeline. This thing went bonkers - 150x volume, on zero news. Avg daily was like 500k at best, today 75 million shares traded? The float is only like 10 mil isn't it? 75 million trades and only went 2x? Worst pump ever! lol
Anyhow, There is ZERO news that could have created that volume. There is zero technical or fundamental reason to have a unprofitable company trade this way. The only way to get volume like that is a coordinated pump. Someone started trading big lots, and it triggered algo's and screeners all over the place, and people saw it and put their own algo's and trades to work. Think about it. If ANYONE held shares of this for more than very short in and outs, this would have skyrocketed. 10mil float, and many insiders holding, only 100K institutions... This thing got ping ponged back and forth 75 milion times, but it only went up 2x. Now, people are doing DD in retrospect, and they will find an unprofitable small installation company with zero IP and nothing going for it. In fact, as with most installers right now they are probably struggling. I see posts all over showing them installing Tesla powerwall. So what? Many companies do. This one doesn't make any money doing it.
Tomorrow will be less volume, but still high volume as the price drops, and people get stopped out and bail on the fact they realize this was a pump. EOD tomorrow I expect almost everyone holding this to be in the red. Sadly I don't see any impetus for any upwards movement. If you are crazy enough to hold this now, tight stops and watch it like a hawk.
Back in the day I was all about this company, hoping it would make us all rich. Unfortunately it never panned out for us common holders, or the warrants, which I lost 6 figures on when they expired worthless. Lessons learned. This company just doesn't have anything of value. If they could turn a profit they might be worth something but our experience over the years has shown repeated squandered opportunities, and insider profit taking while common got diluted and eventually destroyed. I don't want them to fail, but I don't see any path for profits here so I exited long ago never to return.
Today may turn out to be the biggest dead cat bounce in history, but alas, the cat is dead. there's nothing to see here. Not even anything to cling to with hopes and dreams. This is the most obvious pump and dump I've ever seen. I've racked my brain trying to conceive of some PR that could drive this upwards tomorrow, but there simply isn't any. A buyout (which wont happen) wouldn't produce that volume. No RS, or cap raise either. This is simply computers showing us they are running the swings now, even as the sheep pile in. There's simply nothing that would attract traders like today other than a pump resulting in out of control volume.
The only question left is how ugly will tomorrow be, and how fast will it get halted. There's probably very few still holding this from years ago, but if you are? This was the last chance to get out with anything.
That's all my take, my opinion, my reflection on years wasted and hundreds of thousands lost.

Interesting. Clay usually shows specific levels of support that when broken turn into resistance. He did not do that here, this time. He simply said as long as we are stair stepping and above the 50 on the 30min, bulls are in full control. I wonder if he didn't do that as to not give bears a clear target to break to push it lower... very definitively different Clay vid than I'm used to seeing from him. GLTA
I hear ya, however people need to remember that this isn't a company that can be related to very easily. This is a very complex machine being built, so complex that bears can easily scream "scam" and many listen because they too don't understand it.
Not to mention this is all within the complex AND hairy world of the legally fluid cannabis sector. So much is changing so quickly while these companies are trying to create a place to survive, AND survive at the same time. They have to navigate legal regulations with the FDA, the SEC, and DEA on the federal side, while also dealing with bureaucracy at the state level, all while dealing with big pharma, big hedge funds and with none or very little help from OTC and/or big banks.
This doesn't even take into consideration any, and the very real threat from, all the competition.
So when I hear, "we need more info", I understand they don't want to give away the goose. When I hear, "we need more direction", I understand that the waters are as turbulent as the current strong and I'm just glad the boat isn't sinking. When I hear, "where are the products", I understand that this market is huge, yet still in its infancy. Instead of wanting them to just get something on a shelf that may never sell, I'd much rather have the research done to make sure a product will sell well, and the company will profit from it.
People lose interest when time is the only seemingly changing variable. I get that too, however I also understand that what we see and hear, especially here and now, is nothing compared to the volume of work being done by the people behind the curtain and that work isn't stopping or slowing, it's snowballing in size and scope. I don't expect to see moves in the PPS like yesterday very often, but given the dynamics of the industry at present when moves DO happen for whatever reason they will continue to be outsized until the industry matures.

Indeed, this is Huge. Great information to move forward with. This has the potential to help millions of people. This is the groundwork needed to eventually be proven in humans using a much larger and more clinical scientific study. The information actually might help people NOW though. Given that people with COPD may go out and pick up some CBD TODAY and it "might" help them. "IF" it does? Awesome!
Yesterdays pop was definitely great to see. Unless you are short, which many here clearly are. Shorts don't care about what's real, or the future, they only know that they can hammer down and bully the narrative and BS their way to profits at a lower pps on the OTC.
Yesterday some shorts had to cover end of day to protect capital in case today was a real big run. They took a short term loss on the day and when it opened today they hit it hard out the gate knowing they could induce a "sell the news" drop shorting in unison with profit takers. Looking at the chart today it's clear, it worked like a champ. Although the PPS is still at a higher low, shorts still took a loss, and probably a 6 figure one. Yesterdays total action was under $1mil and we're plateauing well above yesterdays price.
Just as a long can jump out and then back in at a lower price, shorts can too at a higher PPS which is what they did this AM using all the capital they took off the table yesterday. Remember that. Someone, or many here are short. They need the PPS to go down, and when they get spooked, they have to buy in which raises the PPS.
The report released, as positive as it was, was only a very preliminary study and not enough to garner huge attention. I'm sure everyone in the industry is looking at it. Given the price didn't tank out below yesterdays lows, it's a win for longs. More people will pick up on this over the weekend, and some strong PR next week could really bolster things. The fact that shorts lost the battle on this PR cycle doesn't mean they will walk away. They are going to do the same going forward with more BS bully narratives, however in the near term they are going to be more cautious due to the recent runs on the positives.

It's called science. You can most certainly have several variables in a well planned study. You think when companies do studies there are no other variables to consider? As long as the population is sufficient and they used sound statistical analysis you can have several variables in a single study and still determine effectiveness. You are trying to make very normal scientifically valid study look like it's not, and we haven't even seen the results yet! Which is clearly why it's not a huge discussion...yet. Notes: Hx shows short and distort x 4k+.
This is like a star just went supernova. I bought this over a year ago when I was doing some research. I wanted to hold some triple zero garbage for long enough to see what would happen longer term. Just sold at 3x. I rode the shock wave out of the system. Everyone else looking at this now is just gonna get sucked into the black hole that follows.
Two scenarios here. 1.) Something VERY complicated is going on, and the ticker is being primed for a makeover. Or, 2.) Something NOT very complicated is happening here and it's a simple pump and dump.
Occam's razor folks. This isn't complicated enough to be anything really good. Buyer Beware. If you don't know what's going on here you shouldn't be buying this. If you DO know, you are probably committing a crime.
You are 100% right, but you're verbiage isn't as exact as it could be.
Dilution is a factor here, but it's not a deal breaker. Convertibles are very hard to nail down because of the complexities fo the notes, the details that say the lowest of or 50% lower than, the lowest trading days during X times etc... many wont even do the math they just say "nope". Others will do the math and say wow, this isn't terrible, or it's actually pretty good comparatively speaking. IMO, Yes, it's holding the stock back at present, but it's not a permanent fixture. It IS part of the fundamentals, the share count. It's ok though. As time moves forward, the dilution will be less and less, revenue will be more and more.
I haven't dug deep enough into the deals regarding the purchase of the subs, nor have I dug into the backgrounds of owners to see if they have shady pasts or if they are on the legit side of things, but I'm definitely interested here... ergo my posting.
I'll dig a little deeper in the coming weeks and days. I See another block hit the bid- million shares of so- that seems to be the MO of the conversions... get things going then toss a million at it. Again- won't last forever and when it magically stops... this will pop again.
It stays in that range because of the convertible notes. The owners want them converted at lower prices because they get more shares. They short it while they lock in better conversion prices. As they get eliminated (converted), the company gains stronger and stronger footing because the overhang is removed. With a company like this one would hope they have a mid term goal of uplisting to NASDAQ (anyone have insights on that?). They could do a 100:1 RS, which will bump the SP up and the AS down. That would get them to 50m AS and a $10 SP. If in the next 12-18 months they start showing profits AND the federal rules change, this could easily be a 900M cap company, which means SP around 30$.
Am I willing to let money sit for that long? Probably not, but I'll watch and swing trade it.
Is CS CBD better than Hemp CBD, probably, but that doesn't mean there's no business or profits here. Maybe it's used as an additive or dilution/filler for better stock. Maybe they figure our how to mix a little something with it to kick up the entourage effect a little.
If nothing else, I see a small spec play here, but there's some real potential... things could either bleed sideways with pops on the unwinding of conversion shares. OR it could blossom into a really nice play should things "get serious" (i.e uplisting fed regs change etc...)
The risks I see are no more than most- the pro's I see are that they have solid established rev streams that are increasing. The regulation issue alone has great pop potential. It's got steady volume, not huge, but steady, which means it will see "good volume" should solid news occur.
Can you elaborate here at all? "mismanagement of finances" , thanks. Are they buying mom Range Rovers? Or too many Starbucks? Did they over pay for some acquisition? Did they give away the farm on convertibles? Thanks.
I'm not a fanboy of yours here, I don't read all the posts. Just pop in and see you're the resident bear vs. Dewmboom resident bull. I see all the pumpers headlines and it translates to dilution. But I don't see your bear case- at least the valid one...yet. I suppose I can dig- but you seem to be all over this, so let us in on what the stink is please...
What are your valid concerns here? You say it has a 50% pop in it. I'm down with a nice 50% swing trade here. 50% under value tells me the street is working it hard. If the company is going to pull a secondary or some cray-cray stuff when it pops I'm out.
What's the rub here? I've been watching this as a trade but wondering if it has long term potential as an uplist once federal prohibition ends.
The future here is integrating blockchain. I'm saying blockchain is the future here- by using it similar to the supply chain and logistics companies- it is created at the panel level, once production begins, allowing decentralized power transactions to occur. Similar to tokens or other crypto coins, coins are created by production. If you have solar you are a producer, similar to a miner. You will then be able to sell those credits on the exchanges.
