Random 100 share paint down today that skipped a lot of our bids.

It is he also is the one who filed on our Florida SOS page a month ago. Him showing up on otcmarkets though was a surprise to me as he is directly from FUBO. Generally these updates hit our scanner, followed shortly by Verified profile and in the past filings. Means company has paid otcmarkets etc as well.

James Paz just showed up on otcmarkets he's attorney for FUBO.

Whole market has been trading diff over the past couple weeks and taking some hits, were still holding well here. Been watching as market makers will fill a 14.2k bid and then instantly that goes on the ask etc.

But PLFX got a notification something was filed on NVSOS yest.

Interesting when you call TCHC phone number now it says " Thank you for Calling Tech Central"....and the only person that's listed is a Jon Stock.

Haven't seem a Jon Stock for TCHC before but one just registered a new company.

TCHC 542mill unrestricted can be a big mover. 15-12 filed couple weeks ago.

Finally got a little conso on lower vol. Had ETRG fill a block and put it right on ask looked like someone trying to do a quick flip. Overall we had like 8 green days in a row now lets see a bit of conso before next leg and gets us closer to hearing what the company has been doing with all the SOS filings etc.

PLFX big bidders pushing up here now. Think we're getting close!

With the way its trading and building on the hourly. $1 break would not surprise me this week.

From some of the updates etc ive seen happening behind the scenes, dont think itll be long here. Think I see whats going on, just mainly waiting on company to confirm it. Posted the timeline of some things already. A few other updates since the May 10th havent shared yet waiting to see on.

PLFX same team that brought FUBO to otc before their IPO, updating SOS and websites. FUBO 8k shows consulting agreement with PLFX and they own majority of shares.

Very nicely written. Also good to see Pulse finally mentioned in the Mayweather deal on the new website.

I'd say there's new interest in the tech. They spent money to get the Florida subsidiary back active and Nevada updated. FUBO then did a consulting agreement with Fiksenbaum in March and updated some otcmarkets info. They are def getting the stock ready.

Just don't think they'd pay him $45-60k already and not expect something out of it. Well see but with the action and everything going on behind the scenes here don't think it'll be long.

Well with them paying Fiksenbaum $15k a month starting in March to "consult" on PLFX doubt we wait long.

I dont think they are planning for a spin off. Fiksenbaums getting paid $15k a month looks like and started in March. They reinstated the sub etc in Jan so what they are doing has been in motion since at least Jan.

PLFX gearing up. FUBO president left in March to focus on PLFX and now FUBO filing SoS documents for them.
