Finally good news folks: i received this Email from the company -
The first 25% of Class C Shares mature on 9/3/22. The company will release an 8K with instructions. You will have to wait along with everyone else.

Dshade....dividend...i guess you mean our c shares....but: the big question is when will they convert them to common a shares....i have already sent that question to ALPP, but they dont reply....very frustrating how they communicate with their shareholders
