There are ways to get compliance without a reverse split. They can get up to 6 months to get compliant, but many just do a RS to get there. Not sure if they have been given the authority to have a RS any time soon.

Next it has to go to a vote on the floor of that same House the committee was part of. Then it has to go to the Senate for consideration. The Senate either passes it or changes it and sends it back to the House for anojther vote by them. When they both agree on a final version of the bill and pass it in both house of Congress, it then goes to the president for a signature to become law.

Shorts will always take advantage of detrimental news in a sector even if it only concerns some different company if a waterfall event can be started from watching many stocks over the years. Just because pricing may look weak in one market, ACB may not have see the same thing being more of a global plan.
For day trading, ACB charts look way oversold. If as normal, the close should be higher than price is at this time, but looks to be a good entry point now...just an opinion based on looking at the charts

Looks to me, on the short term charts, like this morning's trading is expected from a chart viewpoint. When we get this recent double bottom, I would suggest ACB will go back up again. It is simply way oversold with a RSI on chart of less than 23

When someone from an OTC company states something in "news", it isn't always true. After watching the mess from the last two years and finding out why some things did not happen as expected that were stated as news or tweets, I would tend to put more weight in trusting this particular news today than in the past two years. We all know why stocks go up and why there are sellers when they do sell. We all know why stock buyers at .0001 sold at the high yesterday/today. They took profits or were happy to move on if sold at the peak. .0001 buyers from the previous months that were holding made a great profit, didn't they? This is my opinion.

JDAMAX, I would agree with you. I personally believe MHHC will get things in order after this long road they have been on. I would predict things will look a lot better months from now, but I would not bet against things looking even better sooner. I never gave warranty programs a lot of thought before, but my wife's fax machine would not scan properly,and she remembered she paid $7 extra for a four year warranty. She got a check in the mail for the total paid for her scanner when bought new-minus maybe $9. Warranty programs do not have the flashy public appeal many other things do, but they do pay off for many people. I always said MHHC would recover from the previous CEO, but always have felt it would have to spend all the time it has spent doing so cleaning up things. Maybe they will even find that one new thing to add that will light things on fire.

Oil refineries are needed. Wait until the next hurricane shuts down the Gulf Coast refineries again. You think we are paying a lot for gasoline now?
Every day I see many many eighteen wheedlers transporting Permian Basin West Texas oil through Tex 83 and TX 55. It never stops, so even trucking oil must be profitable. One of the main terminals for transporting oil is on the Eagle Ford formation, and that is one of the places the truckers are unloading their oil to be piped from there to the Gulf Coast. Even with three oil pipelines being built, it would still be better for oil producers to have the refinery market right there at Fort Stockton.

What I posted was purely information on the present situation of oil drilling/production and getting oil to the market. I am not posting this to support any position, as I have no position in MMEX. As a stock trader, it is important to understand the market we may wish to trade in before doing so. Fact is, a refinery is sorely needed in West Texas. If MMEX can get everything together, there will be a need for their services. If not, we still need a refinery in West Texas. And if MMEX has trucks contracted to carry crude oil to south of Uvalde to the Eagle Ford, then they are making money doing so. I am not aware if they have contracted tankers or not but do remember seeing they had considered doing so and said it was profitable on contracted oil delivery I think they did mention a while back. Good to know what I see if going to be in oil.

Every day, I have to dodge numerous 18 wheeler tankers carrying crude oil from West Texas on highway 83 through Uvalde to south of town where there are massive oil storage tanks to unload to get oil to the Gulf Coast refineries, because oil gets back up in West Texas because of not enough oil pipeline capacity available to get oil to the refineries on the Gulf Coast.
I also have to watch for giant pipes being shipped by eighteen wheelers going the oposit way carrying pipe to the west on Highway 90 through Uvalde where they will spend a year or so building and burying this giant pipeline from West Texas to the Eagle Ford oil fracking pipeline mentioned above.
We have already had a local resident killed when an eighteen wheeler carrying crude oil lost control north of Concan and collided with an SUV on a curb.

I tend to disagree, though our opinions mean nothing, as the facts will be seen in 2019. That Seeking Alpha writer hit it on the head, in my opinion. I will add shares on major dips. One of the greatest catalysts for any MJ related stock will be banking privileges if they are allowed in the US. That would also signal more potential Federal changes as well. I love ACB's world view thinking and their building their base.

One thing about ACB, they have developed and just started producing lower cost to make product with higher margins, so even if overall margins did decrease, ACB will be fine. One thing people are just figuring out is that accounting in Canada is different than in the US. They have to guess what the value of the product is with plant material and get taxed accordingly. If they guess high, then they can adjust it next quarter report which will look better.

The company said this about gross margin:

The decrease was primarily due to a lower average selling price per gram of dried cannabis, the impact of excise taxes on medical cannabis net revenues, and a temporarily lower proportion of cannabis oil sales in the company’s sales mix ratio. Also impacting gross margin were increased packaging requirements under the Cannabis Act and one-time ramp-up and optimization costs as our Sky facility was brought up to full production. The company anticipates that the launch of new derivative product lines, once allowed under Health Canada regulations, will contribute to improving margins.

If nothing else, go search You Tube for ACB videos and watch them all and then ask yourself the question then that you are asking. Just a suggestion. Never buy high and sell low

I personally believe it sure will. It is trying to cover all bases world market wise. Once you see much better 10Q results, it will move again. This is just the lull before the storm. Trends in attitude are really changing toward MJ. med MJ has already seen tremendous acceptance. I am older and can tell you that I see real attitude changes occurring on MJ. Even in the dot come era of development it did not happen overnight. I remember my dad saying when he was 80 years of age, "What is all this doT com crap?" Most of have lived through this development and will see the same with MJ, imo.

For non Canadian residents...Can anyone share what the dividend amounted to? I have TD Ameritrade and do not see anything showing. If you had X number of shares, what does this dividend amount to /share that you may have had on the record date? I called TD and asked if they had any info, and all they could say was they were aware, but nothing is showing up. Is it a penny/share....or a million dollars/share dividend?

In West Texas, miles mean nothing. There is plenty of infrastructure nearby. Fact is, contractors in the oil sector travel from area towns where they live to get to and to work on sites in West Texas like in the country around Fort Stockton. I have one acquaintance who lives here in Uvalde but goes each week and stays working onsite in the Fort Stockton area. They do not expect to see Fort Stockton to be like a Dallas or Houston or San Antonio. Hanks will have power, water, transportation...what else is lacking. Those who may wish to build a home and live 20 miles away from the refinery can do so if they wish. I personally live 35 miles from where I work here in Uvalde, Texas. 35 miles to Texas is nothing unlike it is to folks who live in the larger cities. Texans adapt.

Fact is, most article writers are "talking their book" looking at stocks from their own positions they own. Some have an agenda of wanting price lower, so they can buy cheaper as well as hyping to get price higher, so they can sell. I suggest all do their own due diligence on any stock. I prefer to own ACB now.
