my WAG is if OWCP approached II's with their (OWCP's scientific and research) data and it was seriously reviewed for its potential as the CBD market opens,...II's would have invested in this ground floor opportunity and just wait it out.

granted they as institutional investors would have privy information from OWCP, the company, that we, the retail investor, would not. but that is how it works. angel investors and other institutions get that privilege with an NDA signed.

we don't know that they, institutional investment firms, haven't or have not taken positions.

if it's less than 10% share position they, institutions or individuals, are not a beneficial owner so no disclosure has to be given at this juncture.

With such great potential in the near future, institutional investor/big pharma would be the first one,s to jump on this pathetic pps.Where is the interest????

this will tell me that other investment firms have done their research and due diligence on OWCP and have invested based on those findings.

2- if the name of the institutional investment company cannot be named can the share positions they hold be disclosed ?

bottom line is OWCP is in the trend of CBD based medical products the buying public wants (retail) and investment and institutional investments will enter once trials prove positive.

6- OWCP now holds a patent filed in a European country (Czech). That speaks volumes to where this company and its product will rise to. OWCP filed there for a specific reason(not known to the public as of yet) but this is very strategic move on OWCP's management part.

the bottom line,.. any oil,... olive oil, refined coconut oil, sea buckhorn oil, etc and other vehicles also can be used as a transport vehicle for high quality cannabis-based products.

if hemp is used it is only for a transport vehicle only and as noted,... hemp seeds contain virtually no cannabinoids.

if a OWCP price stays at a particular level for an extended duration it is pretty much positive that the mm's are allowing institutions and other big buyers to come in and buy at these levels until they have accumulated what position they want.

once they have the OWCP positions (200,000 shares, 500,000 shares, 1M shares) are accumulated then the mm's will let it go. by institutions it could be hedge funds, ETF's, mutual, large brokerage houses,..
