Now they also say that Jove,Yasheng BVI and Yasheng LLC are also off ballance sheet Assets.

They just filed an 8-K about it.With all his political,sporting,artistic and business activities I wonder where he will find the time to spend on Yasheng.

snow That 1.81 number is not current and it was based on some extraordinary numbers in the last few quarters.Current P/E is much nearer to 5 or 6 for both PBF and VLO.
At current price BDCO based on its erratic earnings is about 3 times cheaper.Being 3 times cheaper than some of the lowest P/E stocks in the world says a lot.

Let´s see what they will say in the PR.Because revenue was disappointing but also the margin here was just around 7% compared to around 14% for PBF and VLO.They even paid more for interest than last quarter.
However margins for refiners have been rising a lot in Q3 and with the unsold stock of $31M should produce surprising Net Income in the other direction.

That is great news I guess in the subsequent events!

Why does this company insist on being listed on an exchange in a country the authorities of which,including the Sec, does not recognize the TRNC.It is doing business and has its headquarters in a ´country´ in an occupied by Turkey part of the European Union.

snow The fact that this is a sunset industry is already priced in.The industry has a P/E of 4 or 5.
So investors can decide what is better to do.Invest in BDCO,PBF,VLO or in NVDA with a P/E of 236 and AMZN with a P/E of 326.
With a thinking that this is a sunset industry nobody would have bought BDCO below a dollar or PBF @ $5.

Thanks.Not sure that reply gives much confidence about a preferred dividend that would distribute assets to shareholders on record on a previous date.
They are talking about current shareholder value so perhaps the plans have changed completely.

They have just a couple of weeks to do something, otherwise they will be revoked.
