Volume and volatility spike coming tomorrow says the charts..

The range on the daily is so tight, it is an "inside candlestick" pattern. The volume and tight range indicate a break is imminent. Break .114 is bearish and .122 is bullish. This is the kind of setup I would look for, for a nice day trade opportunity. Let us see if the chart gods come through!

That may be the case. Just telling it like it is... dilution.

It is why companies are public, to raise money with shares.

You just have to catch the ones that KEEP diluting for years (plenty of US examples)

3 years is the MAX amount of time before everything expires. They will convert long before.

Just so everyone is clear, this is dilution.
It will benefit the company (give them cash) at the expense of shareholders.
The share count increases and retail investors shares become less valuable.

US MJ penny stocks have been doing this for 6 years.
This is the headsup I give in all the videos I do.
When these shares are sold into the market... the price goes down.
The company just has to ensure it progresses enough to have other investors waiting to buy them up.

There is a reason it was released end of day.

Thanks for the post. I will day trade tickers and swing overnight sometimes but I honestly have no Canadian position, nor US.

My bias is past history and watching what has happened over the past 6 years, as well as watching the conduct of individual US companies during that time.

There is no such thing as unbiased, but I try and be as close to it as humanly possible.

I run a service which has me answering hundreds of questions a day while being live on webcam, and trying to trade while doing that is extremely distracting. I find that my analysis is much better when I have no position, and am not looking for a position which is the case for all US MJ penny stocks at this point in time.

I also have no position in the IPO, though I will Nov 22nd. My fundamental analysis video lists all the potential rewards, as well as the risks.
