I can’t imagine .002s here. When we fell to .004 folks bought the hell out of this, and the buying continues every time someone dumps.

It’s been a few weeks since we bounced a little bit. I bet the pumpers are damm near out of patience. Everyone lower your bid to around .002. Make them boys pay bigly to get out!

The fly-by-night clowns, particularly some of the pumpers on twitter, aren’t going to wait much longer, so we need to get our nets out and be ready to scoop up their shares.

I agree. To meet even the lowest tier of Nasdaq, which I believe is the Capital Tier, they either need a minimum revenue amount OR a minimum amount of capital (if I correctly recall what I’ve read). With this “lotto” holding, really I have sh_t in one hand and hope in the other. My hope is for 1) potential revenue streams to be firmly in place 2) an infusion of capital (the minimum needed for Nasdaq entry).

You pointed out standard practices of many penny stock companies, but isn’t it wrong or misleading to apply these to HDUP just because many others have these circumstances? Can you provide any proof here?

Yep that's right. I expected some dilution, as I believe I recall reading whereby they stated something to the effect that this process would proceed with "minimal" dilution. I believe they've been slowly diluting for the last several months, and surely they've done so this week. I've had bids set in the low .02s for months, and of course they've now filled. It'll be interesting to see the next filing and PRs/updates.

We had more sizable volume today. Anybody know whether or not those shares was dilution (or appeared to be)?

I read all these posts and try to consider and respect all opinions. Regardless, I’m holding this whore through the transition to Nasdaq or forever, whichever comes first. Hell, I’m middle aged, and I suspect Kellner and Hutch are as well, so who knows if we’ll reap the fruits, but I’m holding hellbent and whiskey bound or vice versa or however that song goes…..LOL!

Unlike most trading HDUP, a few of us here aint whore-chasing/pumping & dumping. I dang sure aint; that I know! Therefore, all this daily bid-whacking doesn’t bother me too much; and again, if this whore aint on Nasdaq by December, I’m taking all the rest of these whore mongers’ shares.

Could not agree more, but I will no longer try to guess as to a timeline. I’m holding until Nasdaq, and if Nasdaq doesn’t happen by December I am going to raid all their shares like a honey bear at a campsite (bargain basement prices)! The dumbasses actually dumped all the way down to .0213 this past December. And in the meantime if they sell it down to upper .02s I’ll scoop there too.

As I check in now and then one thing is certain regarding TRADERS of HDUP. You - whomever you are/group, etc…. - are a selling machine. I have no idea on the specifics, but the selling is so very prevalent. I’ll just sit tight, hold tight, BUT come DECEMBER when y’all start your “tax selling,” I am going to take all your shares away from you in the low .02s like taking candy from a baby. I will easily quadruple my shares. In the meantime happy selling, carry on…..

Longs trust Hutch and obviously know what a gem this is; but gee wiz at these pump and dump guys that entered on Friday and Monday and were too pussified and/or impatient to wait until the HUGE ACQUISITION announcement (milestone) on Wednesday! Just wish we had more folks like us invested in here and committed to the long term, this bigtime business Hutch and team are building. Then maybe we could keep our price per share in a much tighter range. It is hard for me seeing the value per my shares fluctuating between .10 and .03. We need investors, and we need Nasdaq.

bb, I’ve never been a part of one like this. Generally what conversion rate would a shareholder expect upon the transition to Nasdaq? I just have no idea. I mean obviously there’s no way in hell we receive 100% of our shares under this current structure in OTC. What conversion rates have you experienced or seen elsewhere?

So the gap is Friday’s .0519 high to today’s low of .0583 if I’m not mistaken. Gaps are interesting for me because they always and I mean ALWAYS get SOME traders’ panties in a wad - LOL. Since I am an investor here and am committed to seeing this through Nasdaq I couldn’t give a rat’s arse about a silly gap filling or not around a nickel a share.

We need to close over .07 tomorrow (above the 200-day-MA) heading into big acquisition news!

MOMO is what drives us in the OTC Market, and generally I adhere to that; but I admit I was somewhat fearful of some unknown circumstances maybe occurring, so I did set some bids mid to low .02s. Studying the historical prices here, we all know .02s, especially upper .02s, have been iron clad support.
