Agree. RS is NEVER a good thing. Yes we get NASDAQ listing but small companies like this always bleed the sp down way below $1 to generate much needed cash and then usually rinse and repeat. We could reach NASDAQ with a series of some of the news we are expecting to hear, especially if they are released over a period of a few weeks.
