It does not always indicate dilution. There are, also, other important reasons and purposes for t TRADES.
Since you said you know all about T-Trades I assume you are aware of thsee other reasons for T- Trades.

Not just anybody can short a penny or sub penny stock. There are some pretty strict and HIGH financial worth requirements that must be put up and confirmed with a brokerage before sub and penny stocks can be shorted by retail investors !! These are SEC requirements of their rules and regulations and have been in place for quite a few years.

To many posters think that just about anyone can short a sub and penny stock(s). Not f***ing true !!

I agree with you as long as there are no hitches at the last moment - additional items that either or both parties want to renegotiate.

I never count my chickens until they are all in the hen house and the contract has been signed, sealed and delievered. The business field has been litered with last minute failures.

In the world of business and finance accuracy(contracts signed)
is imperative. A bird in the hand is worth much more than two birds in the bush.

It is not a done deal until all of the i's have been done and all of the t's have been crossed and all of the provisions of the contract have been executed and met.

I just added to my post that you just replied to a few minutes ago. If you think it might be worth the effort go read it. My hands are busy now from my repurchasing my shares today at .0091 down to a low of .0075 that I sold yesterday at .0145.

I took a gamble yesterday and it was pure luck that I was able to repurchase yesterday's sales at such lower prices.

This was nothing but pure luck with no skill involved in getting such a good deal. How long it will be a great deal I do not know, but I damn sure am going to buy many more shares at these prices and even at higher prices if need be.

I sold all yesterday, but used all of my sale money from yesterday and bought back in this morning at .0091.

If I had not overslept this morning I would have bought back in at an even lower PPS then I did, maybe even around .008.

I look at this as definitely lower my PPS and I even had a nice profit on my sale yesterday from my orginal investment.

George1234, If, by chance it were to go down more tomorrow I would most definitely entertain buying back in. Being 75 years old I like the thrill of the chase.

I am retired so I will most likely will be hanging out very close to my computer tomorrow.

George1234, Dream on. If it does hit .02 tomorrow it will quickly fall greatly below the .02 range in the days shortly thereafter.

I am of the opinion that much uncertainity will have to first be cleared up before a resurgence in the PPS can happen.

If on the other hand, if I am wrong, it will not be the first time I have missed out. I sold all I had, which was not a great amount, at .0145 this morning.

I am first just going to wait, listen and watch what happens before I either stay out or get back in.

I think the only absolute way you can know that it was sanp dumping is if the TA confirms your opinion. Without this confirmation I have serious doubts as to the validity of your opinion(s).

To many times people throw out an opinion without confirming something that can easily be confirmed with a phone call or email. In essences I place jack sh** to their creditability with and in their supposed wisdom.

Sorry, but in financial matters all things should be checked if this option is available.
