I thought after yesterday low-volume the conversions might have been over but today I see somebody's trying to lowball it .0 381

They're probably waiting for the conversions to end before any pr's or reports .

Does anyone have any ideas of how many shares can be converted for the amount of money this outfit received? I know of another co that did this conversions thing and they had to go to court to stop it.

For once the bid actually went up today and not down. Hopefully this is a good sign.

On most mornings there's a small trade like today, right on the opening. Then it's down hill from there. It seems like no matter what the ask does the bid always goes down. To me that says the conversions aren't done yet. Just my opinion of course. Maybe what happened today was there's not anyone wanting to lose money on the get go anymore. Maybe she'll turn around. Today the bid never changed and that ask dropped just any.

This conversions thing isnt ever going to stop. So many shares dumping. The O/S has got to be growing by leaps and bounds. I guess I'm just going to have to face it. The CEO choose TOXIC FININANCING. We the share holders pay the price.

The chart looks good today

I own this stock and I want the PPS yo go up. But as far as this volume goes, here's my thought. Prior to the conversions going into effect after the pps hit below .20 there wasn't much volume. Since the conversions started the volume has been very very high. I'm not sure when it's going to stop. ALKM had to go to court to get there's to stop. It's my BELIEF that the O/S count is going sky high. I can't prove this because the TA is gagged.

I wish he would have told us how much higher the O/S are now. I can only imagine.

Put in an order for 15,000,000 shares pre market and haven't been filled yet. Figured since they have been verified by the TA Transferonline that something might be up.

I'm hoping to get my money back before Jeff issues more conversions to buy someone else out. He said they're planning on buying more companies. This stock is the perfect example of a penny stock using the stock holders to build the company at the stockholders expense. The TA is gagged, what is the current share structure?

The 8k is another double down on converts. This co doesn't have any money and they're raising money at a fast rate at the expense of us share holders. I should of sold when the CEO said they bought that last co and they plan on buying a lot more. In other words he's going to keep diluting the stock and when they run up to the A/S they'll either raise the A/S or do a R/S. This stock isn't going to hurt me, but I'm in till she is worthless

Somebody is doing their best to bring this down they will not allow the bid to go up they lower it and lower it.

I said ok, thought no dilution going on so I bought in. Now I see what you posted. I was going to call the TA but since I got to talk to the IR I didn't. Thanks for the correct info.
