They both know I posted several years ago regarding talks I had to FINRA agents and even FBI, on other compnaies regarding this. I had been with TD for over 15 years till they sold out to Schwab, who themselves even have a site dropdown talking about borrowing your shares to lend out to others !

FINRA Agent told me TD at the time always had many violations settled out of court to tune of $Millions in fines, yet keep doing the same thing over and over and SEC needed to crack down on them and seemingly allow this sh!t to occur still today...

Too damn much option trading going on by BIG guys and so many share prices at historical lows everywhere. Markets are entirely manipulated today, so sad, used to be stock prices reflected solid made products out there, supported by real investment in them, today, mostly tied to exotic consumer financing schemes of various industries use such as auto, etc...

It has been overly shortsold and this may be corp's idea to wipe out the shortsellers holding as price is now 15 times higher this morning pre mkt...

Also the last final transfers of all TD Ameritrade accounts to Schwab (mine included) has an impact cause a lot of shortselling was happening though TD itself for many years and suspected behind many naked shortselling schemes going on out there.
