(OTC Bulletin Board: ZTMH) announced today that all Walden Farm products are now being made with Z Trim multifunctional fiber blends in place of portions of gums or modified starches. The products will be exhibited at Z Trim's booth #1749 at the American Dietetic Association's Food and Nutrition Conference and Exposition at McCormick Place West, October 26-28, 2008.
