Brings about some doubts as to whether or not the company will become profitable. 66% of revenue for three months ended July 04 were from one source, and a bunch of revenue from consulting in 03 was from one source which is not expected to reoccur.

Yeah, Freetrade doesn't care I suppose. I know that Ameritrade at least, maybe not Freetrade, makes more than enough in commissions from folks like me to pay whatever the fine is.

I think in January or Febuary when I was still with atrade I forked over a couple grand in comissions in just that month.

The National Association of Securities Dealers(NASD) has put into place an amendment to Rule 2520 that will impact what the NASD calls "pattern day traders."

You're considered a pattern day trader if you regularly buy and sell the same security on the same day in a margin account and execute four or more such trades within a period of five business days.*

Beginning September 28, 2001, the NASD imposed more stringent margin and other requirements on pattern day traders. As of that date, if you're a pattern day trader, you'll be required to maintain a minimum equity of $25,000 in your account prior to any day-trading activities. You'll also need to open a margin account if you don't already have one.**


In addition, you cannot use the proceeds from the sale of a penny stock that was purchased in the same day to then buy back or buy another penny stock. Becareful......when I first started I got suspended from Web Street, My Discount Broker, and SureTrade....My Track never appeared to care :).

Since you have mentioned that you are a student, and not "rolling" in cash. I assume you dont have a "Patern Day Trader" account. Make sure you have the equity to make multiple nom-margin trades. If you dont, you will get suspended from trading until you post the cash, or wait 90 days.

LOL, well.....actually I sold before and bought back and sold etc etc. Basically I took a couple of hits, but I needed the money to trade other stuff, so I've made up for the loss. I got back in at 2.15 when it looked to break through the opening price. Hopefully we'll have some weekend news and this will rocket without all those freakin fronts droppin shares on us.

I think the negative effects of the "note" have worked themselves out. With any, even slightly positive news, this stock should be able to move forward.
That said, since it is Friday, I highly doubt anyone at the company or otherwise will or should, put any effort into moving stock today.....be it with "buy" ratings or PRs.
So........I am waiting until next week to see how this one continues to play out.

Yep, I agree, this is a very big deal for them. Very important. And yes, it is nice to hear a OTC company is working with a actual company people have heard of before..lol Sure is nice isn't it? Thats what I mean by this company is for real. It was no hype, they are the real deal. This company is going to be really big. This is a very hot market also that is getting even bigger. The good thing about this is that hopefully a lot of the frontrunning is over now, since a lot of people that get that newsletter sold part or all of their shares.

It just out of hand yesterday. It seemed to have caused some panic and with the low O/S and low Float it really reacted. I was actually in shock yesterday, That was the first real sell off I have seen on the stock and thought something was wrong. The good thing is it is giving people a chance to get in lower. After it hit 2.94 the other day I thought it was going to go on a extreme breakout sooner than I thought. I say a good guess is some got in cheaper that sold at the higher prices.

However, the very rapid run up in their shares recently tells us we need to take some of the risk off the table, hold some of the stock for the future and buy back in after any correction. We’re currently showing a 60% gain in just two and a half months, not bad! Sell half your position of Xten (XNWK), it’s trading at $2.81, Sell at $2.75 or above. If it drops below $2.75 let’s hold it for the next bounce

Keep an eye on it, and the day it ramps up big on huge volume, consider it your college ticket. AND NEVER LOOK AT IT AGAIN. That is the key to the pennies.
