If we can get $20 per share this will be a very nice investment providing the shares show up in our accounts??? We will get approximately 31 shares of WPFH for every 1,000 shares of SOLI we are holding. I figure I will get just over 9,000 shares of WPFH which at $20 would be a decent payday.

Like Yourself, I am hoping the company can uplist onto the NASDAQ and maybe get this up to $50 per share while we are in the restricted period.

I believe this Friday is the day the shares should hit our accounts. Hopefully this holds its value or even goes up during our restricted period.
My intent was/is to sell as soon as we can but you never know. Maybe this can become a good investment as we all thought when we entered 5 years ago.

Just called the transfer agent to check if there has been any movement. She stated as of today they began receiving instruction to issue the shares and it takes 24/48 hours for them to show. Shareholders will also receive a stock certificate to their address. She wasn’t able to tell me how many people they are issuing shares to but did inform me my name was not on the directions they received today. She stated they are sending them over in traunches and I can check back in a few days. She also stated the timeframe from the company provided makes sense with the time it will take to transfer all of the shares over. Below is the Transfer Agent I called to confirm.

Correct. As long as the old shares of SOLI shares are held in a brokerage account the transfer agent will send the brokerage firm to distribute into your account at the specified conversion rate.

Even if they can't send us an email, it shouldn't be any problem with putting the shares in our accounts right?

I too have E* and am expecting the shares to show up when released by the transfer agent. When SOLI went defunct E* never notified me. The only thing that changed was the SOLI name removed from my account but the shares remained (assuming it was so that I could “liquidate” them at $0.00 if I wanted the tax write off—glad I didn’t). Like I said I’m expecting the conversion of shares to happen when released by the transfer agent. We shall see.

I have E*trade and the share amount is still listed just not labeled soli.

I personally have the same email that I’ve used for my original account on TDA so not sure if that’s just an excuse and they don’t wanna do the leg work to inform people. Maybe he thought it’s just easier to let the share show up in peoples accounts ( if they even transfer as he’s saying) just wanted to share the email chain update.

“We are hopeful that all of the shares will be issued by April 12, but the process is in the hands of the WPF Holdings transfer agent. Many of the old SOLI shareholders’ addresses or emails are missing or out of date, so many shareholders have not received our communications. I checked it out, ok it actually looks full of potential. I'm a SOLI person so sorry I jumped to conclusions. I'm liking the e-commerce aspect of it and if they can boost the telehealth that could be huge in a social type super app. Trying to delete last reply.
