Indeed. If WKGT gets more attention it may be possible to arbitrage based on the daily change in the unrecognized revenue (loss) from the change in value of its holdings of its subsidiaries.

Probably won't happen but you never know.

In regards to your statement:

I would love to be a shareholder of a company in which the main owners, 95%, were compiled strictly of the President and CEO. This shows the strength of the company. A bulk of the shares are restricted through 2006, so they can not perform a reverse and that is not the intentions of management. The reason for such a large share structure is that of future and pending investments, which management controls. Also your comment on investments. I would prefer to acquire them at reduced costs and end up turning a substantial profit, in order to stay in business.

Well now we can all feel pretty safe in the assumption that WKGT will eventually be listed on the OTCBB off the pinks.

I spoke with MC today and they are in the process of installing their hybrid fuel system kits on one school bus in a district in New York and one in Arizona. He plans to continue to expand his network by installing test kits on buses in districts throughout the US and then use that growing network to capture the synergy that servicing and providing parts for the engines will provide.

A marketing group that I am part of is going to work on a marketing plan for the hybrid fuel system product.

Matt-I will chat with you later this evening I am going out to dinner this evening with my girl. Had a chance to read over the filing but I need to glance over it again. It is a start and a good update. It covers the Co's share structure, early stages and 02, 03' finances. More importantly, I would like to hear how they are going search and capitalize on potentially distressed co's in the future. They seem to have had sweet heart deals in the past.

MC was the President of Earth First for many years before he and John started White Knight. How it all got started:

In February 2004, the Company received approximately 110,000,000 shares of Earth First Technologies, 10,600,000 shares of Maniac Life Sciences and 20,000,000 shares of Hybrid Fuel Systems (Hybrid). The Earth First and Maniac shares were received in exchange for approximately 114,666,667 shares of the Company's common stock and the Hybrid stock was received in exchange for debt the Company had advanced to Hybrid.

whassup- Trust and honesty can be two elusive words for many of these CEOs to comprehend. Then after all you have to understand the majority of the companies listed on these type of exchanges can not be construed as investments. Furthermore, as you may be aware from experience the top brass are constantly looking out for themselves. To be honest with you LT Matt's and my DD on WKGT is still in its infancy stage. Although we have found some interesting items that have peaked our attention there is still work to be done.

You have obviously been following the company for a period of time now and they have made empty promises. This is a key concern of mine. How long have you covered the company closely? On approximately how occasions has MC not delivered Fin. results or made an attempt too in the past?

Your presence here has added a new dimension to the board and angle in which viewers can formulate opinions. I would like for you to add as much as possible since you do have a history with them, albeit that seems to be a negative one. I would like to learn more from your past expriences with the Knight.

If you're a stuckholder I would just wait it out. Even if it is a scam, he has a better story than most other scams do. People just don't know about WKGT, so it's price is depressed. I don't like holding for extended periods of time, but I'm going to with WKGT. There are a few reasons, one of which I would lose money by selling now, but it is kind of a gamble and I think the odds are definitely in our favor that more light is going to come to the company and once people get interested in it for the same reasons I and Fastball, and probably you did that it'll run.

The thing that makes me want to believe him is that 1) he is a Marine. 2) he won't give me a date for the 2004 audit to be finished (because he is honest and doesn't know exactly when it will be done). 3) he won't give me insider information (earnings, etc.) he said he would rather people see it in the filings when they are published than try to run his stock up by telling people information he can't substantiate.

He took HYFS to the OTCBB from the pink sheets. It would make sense that if he is going to do that with HYFS to increase the value of the shares that he would do it with WKGT as well.

Well he said the 2003 audit is actually done now. It just has to go to the lawyers and get filed.

Just a private investor who has requested from MC information requests about when the filings would take place. His response has been shortly, next week, after the next meeting, will check with the auditors, fired old one's getting new one's, on & on.... nothing ever firm from these guys !!!!

having worked at Bleichroeder where most of the foriegn stocks trade as ADR's on the pinks gave me insite to opportunites with small caps. these companies need investor communications and have little cash flow to provide for such relations. I grew complacent with working for others and going into the city so I decided to take a chance. I have many contacts so the transition was easy.
