My wife and I were looking for a breakfast burrito. I missed the turn for where we were thinking of going in Golden, so we continued up 93 and turned on 64th. My wife Googled 'Mexican food near me' and to our good fortune we saw Takiza and decided to give it a try. WOW!!! Everything was excellent! Our server Sebastian was very friendly and helpful and the margaritas were fantastic!!! We each ordered a breakfast burrito and enjoyed our drink. When Sebastian brought out the food the burritos were huge! Not only were they big, it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time. I had the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was amazing. I also have to mention the presentation, from the margaritas to the food, everything was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. I can't wait to go back and try all the tacos!!!! Great place! I'm really glad I missed that turn in Golden.

Nixon's company exists as a matter of law, at least in Colorado. However, the worrisome bit is about dissolution due to failure to file state reports and file annual registration fees.

Nixon has let that happen to the parent corporation in Florida for West Coast Ventures Group Corp and might be letting that happen for the parent corporation for Nixon Restaurant Group, Inc, also in Florida, as the state business info for it:

The only 'upside' is that Nixon is keeping up with his 'branch' filings in the Colorado state business registry. It sure seems like he is playing games here.

Because the company is operating and shows evidence of slowly expanding, at least a few shareholders have "hope" that the company will return to trading.

However, that hope is only substantiated by the fact that the company is operating. Aside from submitting CO state filings (and Denver permit filings), and having active social media accounts for his restaurants, Nixon has made no public statement that he intends to return to trading.

A person who posted here a little while ago said he was an initial investor from years ago, he recently spoke to Nixon in person, and that although Nixon said he would 'make it right' with investors -- which may mean only his initial investors -- Nixon said it would 'take a while.'

Nixon does have a law firm -- Hamilton and Associates Law Group -- in Florida that is the Florida-state registered agent for Nixon Restaurant Group. Its 'leader' is Brenda Hamilton, a fairly well-known anti-stock-fraud crusader. She recently made a blog post:

about SEC reporting requirements, which Nixon subjected himself to by going public.

Nixon went private by 'cheating', by simply not filing his reports, which led the SEC to revoke WCVC. Although the SEC revocation says it's to 'protect investors', that really only means that new investors can't buy the stock. It leaves all current investors hanging, and cheats them out of the ability to trade, and also cheats them by keeping them in the dark about the state of the company, so that they have no reasonable basis for deciding whether to keep holding their shares or liquidate them for a tax write-off.

Since Brenda Hamilton seems very white-knightish, on the side of those who are defrauded from stock cheats -- and it's worth pointing out that WCVC as a company suffered from stock manipulators who were caught and sent to jail -- hopefully she is advising Nixon on how to 'uncheat' his shareholders who hold untradeable shares, rather than advising him on how to keep hiding from them, and fend off lawsuits from dissatisfied shareholders. Being on the side of a shareholder defrauder wouldn't look good on Brenda's resume.
