I'm not saying they are one, but that's an interesting thought. WLMG owns WIX (a website builder) and ABHI owns the technology that WIX will be now be able to utilize to makes things work better. At least that's my understanding of the two. I own ABHI, not WLMG but I will be sure to keep an eye on it now.

I can offer a partial explanation based on my position with ABHI. I believe they acquired Voosh LLC earlier this year. This deal lets WLMG (WHLX) resell the patented server technology which they just got sole ownership of.

About ABHI from a 4/4/17 Post:
AmbiCom Holdings had been run by John Hwang and they made three acquisitions - the last for the private company Veloxum, Inc. - of which was the Silicon Valley Optimization brainchild of Kevin Cornell. What we have learned the last few weeks, is quite telling. Hwang has been replaced by Alain Lewand CEO and now we learn that Kevin Cornell has apparently decided to take a more active role here in advancing the Veloxum optimization through a rebrand naked Voosh LLC. In more recent updates, it appears that the Lawsuit against PC Headquarters is going in the favor of Ambicom so far and this would result in a HUGE $10 mil settlement for infringement.

WHLX and ABHI should be a good combination IMO.

WHLX hmmm not sure. Its not real "sexy" of a deal. but i dont know anything about cpu software. But usually software public cos dont go up huge amounts.imo but will see still a low floater.

I reviewed the company you referred to. Comparing their management timeline, from the founding management group, to the prior management group, then to the current management group, to the company’s trading history over the same time frame indicates that it was the prior management group that tanked the stock, not the current management group. Appears that the now WHLX CEO tried to go in and revive it, then moved on. imo

Im not impressed the least bit. I didnt do my initial CEO fact check like I normally do. I guess Im slipping a bit. If I had I would of found out fairly quickly the connections here....

They make a acquisition of a sub of another public co. a nearly 50 billion OS no bid stock... History usually repeats itself with penny stocks. They cant do a RS with GARB so they acquire the next ATM?....
