My stubbornness won over my willingness to be nimble.
All-in-all I lost a 1/4 of my long gains from the previous trade.
I had a (1272 minimum) prediction
but I thought that would be last week.
timing... can't believe it went against me overnight.
but because of the way this thing flopped ... timing
I'm having a hard time shorting it and I shouldn't have?
we'll see soon enough... sunday trade.
1272 is where its short interesting...
questionably higher?

I thought I'd wait for monday to see if /gc was higher before taking another stab short.

My theory...

The Illuminati (stock market bulls) are meeting with the lizard people from planet Zargoth (bitcoin miners). Details are being leaked that the Flux capacitors ($/bitcoin) are repaired and operating beyond expectation, but they still need to debug the power couplings (inflation affecting gold miners).

currently testing the 50sma 1251.8 It appears to have quite a bit going on
between 1240 and here so I'm not sure it'll be that easy to test that daily rising lower yellow trendline

kinda wanted to see usd/jpy breakout of the shallow channel its in and retest some of those higher numbers before falling to the 109's


When I first went long ugld, catching the falling knife, I thought /gc would bounce to test the 200sma... and then fall back to test that rising daily trendline.
It blasted above the 200sma and I'm now wondering if it will see 1270 before that rising trendline

fall back to possible support yellow trend line +/-1212-15 depending on when it gets there
possible spike down to daily 500sma currently 1208.9
bounce to test the daily 200sma 1248.8 and falling... wherever it is, when it is
aultimately failing to launch over the 200sma and finding a new trading range under it for a while
I'd love to see that 100sma tested in regular hrs trading
