I guess the Company is alive and well. The will have investors meeting in New York to conduct some business and vote in stock reverse 5000 old shares for new one share that is price at $262.50 each. Something is happening with the Company and I hope it is good.

I am not at all concerned. I just bought few shares yesterday and I am very optimistic that this baby will make a come back and make me a rich person. FDA is the one who will make URGP a viable Company as soon as their product URG-101 is approved. There is no other options better than what URGP has to treat IS.

I got my answer. This baby URGP still alife but on life support system. They need good reults with phase two then this baby will become a giant in the field of IS treatment.

Class-action lawsuit needed just like CTIC

Yesterday, someone bought 100 shares for 0.0001 and brought down the stock price to 0.0001 then later to 0.0002.
That means with $ 0.01 purchase the stock price went down by 99.9%.
This is a definite scam.
We, the shareholders, demand an answer from this company and do not tell us look at web site because there is nothing there.
If the company does not answer our questions and not stop this scam on Grey market, we will have someone look into this fraudulent activity.

I am asking all the investors here to be alert to this scam.

There is a company that sued CTIC to collect damages for shareholders. Please write your thoughts here to see what others think about this fraud. How can 1 cent worth of stocks of URGP brings down the price by 99.9% within seconds.
Buying 1 cent worth of stocks is nothing but manipulation and SEC will not accept that.

I know in the past I believed in this stock and the science behind the medication that was in clinical study and the company was in dialogue with FDA. but now, we hear nothing about that and they basically vanished even from petty pink sheets and they do their scam on Grey market.

I think the last time URGP issued a public statement stating that FDA is giving them more time to fine tune the cocktail mix of the drug URG-101.

The company is now working with compounding pharmacies to sell the 2 components of their products (Lidocain and Heparin) directly to docts' offices. This has zero impact on pps. I emailed the management, and he told me nothing else other than this info, which is nothing.
