(UMKG, Trade) today announces the closing of the merger of The Knockout Group, Inc., www.theknockoutgroup.com, a privately held company, with a wholly owned subsidiary of United. Knockout is the exclusive developer and marketer of George Foreman's Knock-Out(R) line of non-toxic, people-friendly cleaners and disinfectant.
