Dr. Trent Jones has been in private practice with over 26 years of clinical experience and has provided primary care to over 20,000 patients. Dr. Jones is an entrepreneur with a long history of de novo business development in the fields of agriculture, biotechnology, manufacturing, wholesale grocery distribution, state and national public-private wellness initiatives, aquaponics, live fish hauling, cannabis cultivation from seed to sale and “Permaponics”.
Dr. Jones has successfully developed an aquaponic and permaculture business and grow out model that is patent-pending, positively cash flows, all natural, organic, low tech, highly sustainable and is reproducible throughout the world. Previously, From 2001 – 2006, Dr. Jones served as the Founder & CEO of The National Calcium Initiative (NCI), a non-profit organization, 501(c)4, that successfully executed a national calcium consumption wellness model that culminated into state laws and a USDA School Breakfast & Lunch Policy that is tied to funding. Dr. Jones successfully led the capital campaigns and partnerships with key groups like GlaxoSmithKline, Anthem (WellPoint) BC/BS, Procter & Gamble, Ross, Sysco, GFS, Kroger (Ralph’s), Indy Racing League, American Airlines, the National Osteoporosis Foundation, Creighton University, Indiana University, Logan University, St. Louis University Medical School, the USDA, the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), several public and private organizations.
Dr. Jones currently manages an off-grid, organic aquaponic fish, cannabis and whole plant production/cultivation in a very inhospitable desert climate in California. This system is focused on industrial hemp (IH) production of less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC/high CBD content. Per chromatograph analyses, our proprietary IH genetics of CBD:THC ratios range from 10:1 to 28:1 with THCA content of less than 0.3%, and “none detectable” on Delta-9 THC content. These strains are used for disease-specific clinical trials in conjunction with several universities throughout the United States. As Director of Clinical Research for Phytosciences, Dr. Jones will lead a team consisting of formulation chemists, clinical trial research coordinators, cannabis product development specialists, and cannabis extraction analysts for the manufacturing and development of cannabis-based therapeutics. Dr. Jones collaborates with Dr. Akhilesh Kumar (Director of R & D) to coordinate cannabis product development to bring products to market.

Dr. Wendy M Osegueda is a nutritionist and dietitian. She was the Director of the Food and Nutrition Department of a southern regional hospital in the country of El Salvador. Dr. Osegueda has been invited on several occasions to participate on national Salvadoran television networks to educate the public in subjects regarding nutrition and diet. Romeo Orlando Cruz, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has established strong business relations with numerous investors throughout the state of California. He is the founder and President of Brightstone Estate Properties, a company that has worked diligently for the investment community in the acquisition of strategic real estate assets at the commercial, industrial, and residential level. Mr. Cruz also has many years of experience in the exporting of goods to Central American countries.
Dr. Jhasmin Santizo, Board Member
Dr. Jhasmin Santizo decided to become a Chiropractor after a close family member was diagnosed with Stage 2 Colorectal cancer. From this experience, she decided to make a difference in the medical field, by educating people about health, wellness, and preventive care. Throughout her career, she has educated her patients that Chiropractic care is not just about low back and neck pain, but also about how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle by allowing the nervous system to work to its maximum potential. Dr. Santizo currently has a thriving practice in West Los Angeles, California.
