Well, they are doing a 1 for 25 reverse split?

Is that bad?

This looks like a good company, but can not find out how many shares out? No SEC findable? Fundamentals look OK, but there are a lot of wireless companies. Any help? Price around 35 cents looks reasonable for spec.
