Vix strong buy here, vxx trading at 34.50 as I am typing this.
This time it is different. Market selloff to accelerate.

Major divergence between large-cap Vs small-cap

snp and dow are selling off , but rut and comp holding. This is bearish. Investors are still holding on high PE stocks. This divergence will end to downside. Also I have been posting RT scalp trades based on twisted signal method. The results I posted now support my theory that markets are pre-programmed for short term trades.
I will conclude my twisted signal trades posting after I close my last active trade.

Just like shorts were shorting all way up, now longs will be buying
all way down with the opposite mentality. This market is too dangerous to be extremely bullish. We are headed down fast.

Eternal bull. Market in complete denial. Still hope out there that somehow a tooth fairy aka Fed will be there to baby sit the market.
This time it is different. We are heading down sharply. Last year snp rose 30% above the all time highs. This is unprecidented.

Program trading and market manipulations

If market is a fair market then it should follow normal market behavior. However what has been observed is following scenarios that play out over and over again.

1. Gap up at the open rally up and close at open.
2. Gap down at the open and close at yesterdays close.
3. Gap down at open rally and then close at days high.
4. Gap up at the open , selloff and close at yesterdays close.

All these scenarios are just killing shorts and option buyers on puts. Market has not gone anywhere for last 2 month, but it still feels that market is going up. None of the technical indicators seem to work. This is a classic method of program trading trying to hold markets at these elevated levels. This is the reason vix is low because there is no fear as market makers don't want to buy options as the markets are completely controlled. No one is really buying at these levels, but since markets must always be dynamic, these program trading are creating an environment of market movement by rigging markets. The twisted signal method takes into account all these scenarios and tries to predict markets moves based on pseudo input SPY signal that is completely modified going into system. The signals are delayed, shifted, postprocessed going into algos. Since this is not a true market behavior, if we get winning results then that proves the market is rigged as in normal market conditions none of these twisted signals should give winning trades.

Thanks, unfortunately my vix based system was a complete failure for last few months. I did loose lot of money. That compells me to work on it more. This market is not trading on vix or any external news in fair way. For last few months the market is trading in a pre programmed manner. Although backtesting with this new twisted signal method has given promising results , I am too shaken to follow it, because the signals are based on pseudo input
generated off spy modifying it.

Our financial markets are completely manipulated.
This is very unfortunate. If you can rally markets 100+ points on major bank collapse in Europe, if you can rally on QE tapering, if you can rally on each and every bad news with VIX index falling out, as if there is no fear. No system can time this market. The only thing that works now is to go long and go more long on dips.

My system cannot time the manipulated markets. Having said that, my system has flashing red signals everywhere.On Daily, Weekly, intraday every time scale. So if I continue to follow my system and keep loosing, what is the point in following it ?

Since last 2 weeks market has not gone anywhere, with the illusion of going up each day, opening few points down and then going up.
White bullish candles, but still stagnent stock price and record low vix. This is complete robo control of markets artificially held up. Or I say 100% manipulated market. My short position at 195.50 is still in play.
