Yes u may. Any calendar year in which a stock is deemed worthless, and this surely is, u can write it off as a loss.

If they did want the name back you could hold it hostage for the amount of your worthless shares.

If u happen to get in the market again, just remember if a company uses BIG APPLE as their IR firm, stay away, no matter how good of a story it sounds. Every company they represent trades in the .00 or .000 ranges, do reverse splits, get delisted , file bankruptcy, dilute, etc.. They are as much a scum outfit as the heads of these companies. It just sickens me how the SEC lets them operate. They are nothing but white collar criminals. Good luck to you.

I would say if the CEO would stay in contact then maybe, but since he has fled the country I would hang up on this one and start looking for new ones

Restricted is better than none it means there's a little hope if samuals gets his sh't together under a diff symbol. Who know's just have to wait and see..

Eraserhead - My broker told me the shares will be restricted and have some extra letters after the ticker symbol. If the stock ever trades again those letters will be removed and the stock can be traded. Other brokers may show restricted shares in other ways such as numbers. All we can do is hope the stock trades again.
