Acquisition of the net assets of Sterling's Idaho Sunshine
mine by purchase from Sterling's bankruptcy proceedings.

On May 11, 2010, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary SOP, acquired the net assets of Sterling's Idaho Sunshine mine by purchase from Sterling's bankruptcy proceedings. Included in this purchase was Sterling's mine lease with Sunshine Precious Metals, Inc. ("SPMI"). In July 2010, SOP exercised the option in the lease to buy the Sunshine Mine and facilities from SPMI.

is a mineral resource development and exploration company.
The Company holds important mineral leases proximate to the Sunshine Mine, and holds a substantial portfolio of patented and unpatented mining claims located in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District and in Montana.
