The info I have is SMNG is being bought for a Reverse Merger (Oil & Gas business) that should be completed soon, providing an agreement can be reached with existing controllers. This is a rumor and it appears to be true based on the current pps. Wait, do not sell or buy until you do your own DD.

I suspect there will be a lot of accumulation going on over a period of time... If someone can put together 10-20 million shares and drive the price via promotion up to even a half cent, they will make a ton of money. Who knows, they may try and go for more...

There have actually been a few million shares accumulated over the last 12 months, the more accumulation we see on no news/no filings, the more likely we are to see a promotion. The share structure of this company was unlimited, and the reason they halted trading was because the company was issuing tens of millions of shares at a time to cover payables and other company expenses and legal fees (in the face of being promoted ((poorly)) at the time). This was REALLY bad if you were trying to make money on SMNG, but will be REALLY good for whatever the next promotion is going to be...they will have A LOT of shares to work with and who ever comes in and pre-accumulates before the promotion (like when someone buys 500,000 in shares on a Monday with no news, for no reason) then you can suspect that something may be up; there just is FLAT OUT no trade-able/invest-able anything going on with this company since 2012, NONE, NADA, ZILCH! So who would just wake up one day and buy 500,000 shares of pure nothingness? That is the interesting question!!! I am sitting on 3 million shares of this thing and I will dump half of them when I get back to par (which is .0004) and ride the rest up.

I personally believe these kinds of stock promoting strategies allow for a few years of down time between operating as SMNG and operating as something else.

If this makes it back to the Pinks/OTCs, and if they then apply for a new name/ticker symbol, then I would buckle up and get ready for some fun!
