MPG-Plus™ http://www.fastskinz.com/index.html
FastSkinz, Inc. has created a drag reducing technology for vehicles through a patent pending, vehicle wrap material, called MPG-Plus™. MPG-Plus™ significantly reduces a vehicle's drag by altering the distribution of air pressure surrounding the vehicle. The improved fuel economy of a vehicle wrapped in MPG-Plus™ as compared to the identical vehicle not wrapped is 18%-20% for traditional internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs) and 20%-25% for gasoline hybrid vehicles (HOVs), plug hybrid vehicles (PHOVs) and battery electric vehicles (BEVs). The base film for MPG-Plus™ is considered by the industry experts to be one of the best vehicle wrap materials on the market. The base film can be converted within hours into MPG-Plus™. MPG-Plus is designed to work with all types of vehicles and is applied like a vehicle wrap.

It appears that the patent was recently approved back in October of 2010. Now we can speculate on why the company has been quiet for the past year or so regarding this. Going back to the CEO interview, he specifically mentioned some new developments coming and one of the last PRs mentioned new contracts. Could it be a full-scaled marketing of Fastskinz and/or possible contract with a large scaled truck fleet? Just a few MPGs saved on a diesel truck would certainly reap a large scale savings for a company for a relatively small outlay upfront.

SkinzWraps Delivers a Wrapped Solution for 7-Eleven(R)
DALLAS, TX, Nov 18, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- SkinzWraps, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SKZW), vanguard in the vehicle wraps industry, confirms that it was hired by 7-Eleven(R) to assist in their ongoing store makeover program. SkinzWraps was tasked with creating a realistic looking wrap alternative to the more costly hammer tone marble. The upgrade solution created by SkinzWraps was for the heavily used coffee bar cabinets within 7-Eleven(R) convenience stores.
After design and print samples were approved the upgrade solution created by SkinzWraps was real world tested at a local (Dallas, Texas) 7-Eleven(R) convenience store and then later rolled out to a total of 25 7-Eleven(R) convenience stores across the country slated for makeovers.
"Working with 7-Eleven(R) on this project has been a great way for us to demonstrate to them the crossover potential of SkinzWraps' integrated offering, our attention to detail and our ability to scale on a Nationwide level," says Peter C. Salaverry, CEO of SkinzWraps. He adds, "With 25 locations now successfully completed, we are fully prepared for a Nationwide rollout of this upgrade solution, should and when 7-Eleven(R) decides to move forward. We are also looking forward to expanding our new working relationship with 7-Eleven(R)."
SkinzWraps Surpasses the 6500 Wrap Vehicle Threshold as It Enters Into Its 10th Year
SkinzWraps, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SKZW), vanguard of the vehicle wrap industry, confirms that it has had a strong 2010 and is already seeing signs of a stronger 2011. Surpassing the 6500 vehicle wrap threshold in 2010 is significant. In terms of total numbers it equates approximately to: 1,625,000 sq ft of material; 52,000 hrs art; 39,000 hrs print time and 104,000 hrs installation. The 6500 vehicle wrap threshold does not include the over one million sq feet of transit material installed by SkinzWraps under its transit contract.
SkinzWraps equates tremendous brand strength and unmatchable experience with the 6500 wrap threshold. SkinzWraps plans to leverage these attributes and others for an anticipated upswing in business. "The last two years have made us stronger and more agile as a company; we are in a strong position to maximize 2011 so much so that are now preparing plans to open up additional location(s) in the DFW area," states Peter C. Salaverry, Esq., CEO of SkinzWraps. "The vehicle wrap market is now a mature market and vehicle wraps in general are mainstream. Prospective clients are savvy. They are quick to dismiss the 'me too' company that offers cheap and/or 'we match' pricing. Instead, they will choose experienced, trusted companies like SkinzWraps a better product and service at a good price."
In addition, with an anticipated strong 2011 for core business sales (with new completed contracts to be announced throughout the year), SkinzWraps expects to expand its specialty films line (e.g., carbon) with additional custom films during the first part of Q1. SkinzWraps expects to announce several key industry innovations and ventures throughout Q1 and Q2. SkinzWraps also expects to update its Pink Sheet Status during Q1.
The CEO of SkinzWraps is scheduled to speak about these topics and more in an exclusive live online interview tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST. Those interested can connect through the following link: www.skinzwraps.com/ceocentral which will be activated at 7:00 pm EST.
