William Waldrop, Director and CEO
Mr. William H. Waldrop serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Signal Bay, Inc.
Mr. Waldrop recently assisted Electrum Partners in the management and preparation of state license applications for Nevada Medical Marijuana Establishments. Mr. Waldrop previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Newport Entertainment Group Inc. and also served as its Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of College Partnership, a publicly traded company that assists high school students with their college selection and financial aid. Prior to joining College Partnership, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Vision Direct Marketing, a full-service marketing company. Prior to starting Vision Direct Marketing, he held the position of Executive Vice President of First World Financial Inc. a nationwide mortgage company. As Vice President of Operations for Leading Edge Broadband Services, a start-up international communications company, he oversaw the design, construction and operations of a telecommunications network managing call traffic between the United States and the Philippines for International Call Centers. While at AirTouch Cellular, (now Verizon Wireless) he served as a Senior Manager contributing to the development and implementation of the National Retail Distribution Strategy and as a regional Sales Development Manager, he lead the formation of a 44-store, $100 million annual revenue distribution channel. He has over 12 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry where he has held several key management positions.
Mr. Waldrop received a B.S. from California State University of Long Beach and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Lori Glauser, Director, President and COO
Ms. Glauser formed Signal Bay Research 2014 as an advisory firm to address the information needs of the emerging cannabis industry. Ms. Glauser has over 20 years’ experience in engineering, consulting, and startups, and has expertise in business planning, business process design, financial forecasting, risk, customer experience, supply chain management, energy management, and utility rates design. Recently, she assisted Electrum Partners in the development of license applications for several proposed Medical Marijuana Establishments in Nevada.
She has experience with regulatory and policy issues, and has supported development of witness testimony documents. Ms. Glauser has been a management consultant focusing on the energy industry with several firms including Ernst & Young, IBM, and Financial Times Group. In 2008, Lori’s company Tangerine Network Devices, a smart energy and water management system for commercial businesses. was selected as finalist in the California Clean Tech Open competition. Ms. Glauser previously worked for startup companies in the business intelligence space. For SNL Financial, she was Associate Director of the Energy industry business intelligence platform. At Resource Data International, Ms. Glauser provided advisory services to the energy industry; worked closely with the PowerDAT and CoalDAT business intelligence platforms; and contributed to syndicated studies including Power Outlook and Energy, Economics, and the Environment.
Ms. Glauser began her career in 1991 working as a mechanical engineer, primarily at nuclear power plants where she focused on seismic analysis,as well as HVAC, control systems, and piping systems design and implementation.
Lori has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from University of Alabama. Lori was also adjunct instructor of Project
Management at the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
