Back in 2011 I argued with kruy about the value of this shell. Keep in mind kruy has been wrong about pretty much everything he has ever posted. He lives in a fantasy world where his wonderful penny stocks can do no wrong.

Here it is 3 years later, and this shell has indeed proven to be worthless, just like I said. I have been right about this stock nearly as often as kruy has been wrong.

When I originally warned people about this scam, a nasty gang of attack dog pumpers came after me. I called them out, and they have proven to be fools.

When will people ever learn? The penny stock graveyard is the eventual fate of stock scams. This was planted 6 feet under long ago, and all that remains is a decaying tombstone with a stock symbol on it.

I been holding this for 2 years, ive never seen it act this way. Usually it gets a small volume quick spike and drop right back down. Ive never seen it slowly move up with buyers. So, this is acting different. There's been speculation about them having patents, others on here might know more about that. Highest volume in a year. We will see how this closes.

One common misconception regarding OTC equity securities is assuming they trade just like listed stocks (i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.). Dealers for OTC equity securities don't use the same trading and communication technology dealers for listed securities use. The more manual systems used by OTC equity dealers can lead to significant lag times in quotes and executions. This is especially true in the first several minutes after market open, and when a security begins trading higher than average volumes. During these times an order entered at the quote might not fill due to a queue of orders entered before that order, and/or orders entered at more aggressive prices.

Regulations do prohibit OTC security dealers from trading ahead of orders in their own book. However, this does not prevent a different dealer from trading at, or even through an order at another dealer. Therefore, at times you may see trades above and below your limit price while your order remains open. its hard to say, but it sure was a lot of volume and in just a few min going from .0006 -.03? I called broker and said, how did this get above my .01 sell and not fill me? They said, we will check into it.

A few months ago the PPTI bankruptcy trustee approved transfer of all PPTI's patents to SpineWave. I have not been able to find out any details of this transaction nor at what stage is the PPTI bankruptcy proceedings at.

I emailed and called the trustee of the BK proceedings last week but no reply. Holidays maybe?

I'll keep trying as I'd like to know.

I'd also like to know if they've had any offers to buy the shell with all the tax loss carryovers, as it seems that should be valuable to any profitable company..especially a private one that wants to go public.

Shares won't be cancalled..this is a chapter 7 BK, not a reorganization.

Last I heard from the trustee was that Sanyo is interested in buying all 25 patents..FWIW.
