These guys in wall street got game or racket going on. stay away from wall street, vast majority of stocks not for long term investments. stock picking is waste of time in OTC and pinksheets or penny stocks.

I mean how can a real company get delisted from the pinksheets where shares trade as low as .00005? wth..

keep your shares in your brokerage account and don't bother with it. or sell it to the broker to close the shares.

I think the market makers want public shareholders to sell them the shares for 'free' yeah right.

no news. nothing. that is the risk of buying 'shares' in the street. or back alley.

there is less than 10 investorshub or less than $100,000 invested in this stock or bought or less than 5% of float. or less or 1 million shares in the public float and the rest in private hands.

no point in spending $100,000 in legal fees with no guarantee of getting anything back, most bought when the shares when it was trading in the pinksheets or OTC not in Nasdaq. the original Nasdaq investors like Vanguard or California pension fund have sold out their positions like 7 years ago. and write off as tax losses.

Hello to all Private Media Group shareholders (symbol PRVT on the OTC Board). The company has NOT given financial newsreleases in over 3 years, it is on a trading suspension that may or may not have been lifted and the stock value is practically worthless. I have attempted to contact the company and the CEO Charles Prast on several occassion and my calls have NOT been returned. With this in mind, i strongly urge that the remaining share holders put forth a Class Action Law Suit to recoup all or some of the monies we have fraudulently lost over the last few years. I am not a lawyer but it appears that something is seriously wrong with this company and there appears to not be any transparency whatsoever. They still make porn and their websites are up so we must all assume that they are making moneys or they would be totally out of business. I have personally contacted the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States of America and the best avenue to go is via a Class Action Lawsuit of which we have 2 years to launch said case. I will attempt to contact a U.S. Law firm since i am in Canada. Please contact me and spread the word in order to get more people on board. I firmly believe, although i am not a lawyer so don't quote me on ANYTHING i wrote on here, that something is VERY wrong with this company and we as shareholders have rights to recoup the moneys (or a part of) that we have lost through either fraud of some sort or just plain ignorance from this company that does not even return calls or emails and has been suspended from trading.
