There were 4 corporate (entity) actions filed with the NV SOS on 03/22/2018. Thursday of last week.
The amendment must have included the name change from Power Play to WikiSoft and the reduction in the AS from 400,000,000 (400 million) to 200,000,000 (200 million). There also appears to have been a reduction in preferred shares from 20 million to 1 million.
Page 2 (partial, corporate actions):
The Annual list likely removed the "Historical" Officers & Directors and replaced them with the "Active" Officer/Director Robert L Stevens.

The amendment doesn't mention anything about a SPLIT (reverse split) as some have been concerned about. Confirmation of the contents of these 4 actions (filings) needs to be requested from NV SOS first thing Monday.

There are 4 followers of the iHub message board PWPY (Power Play Development Corp) as of 3:30pm est, March 24, 2018...anticipating a reverse merger of WikiSoft Corp into the dormant entity PWPY...let's see how fast interest develops...need to confirm that the name change from Power Play to WikiSoft Corp (NV SOS) isn't a mirage, a fool's gold lure, a bait & switch, a now you see it now you don't maneuver, a pig in a poke, a ruse dejour, a hallucination, a nation without citizens, a king who has no clothes, etc, etc...you get the idea...
Will there be a mad scramble for shares come Monday morning?

WikiSoft Corp is apparently "moving into" PWPY. This we need to verify/confirm. Fasten up anyway. ;)
Relax. I have it under control. Usually it will say "SPLIT" at Nevada SOS if there is one to take place...this looks like they simply reduced the AS by 50% (400M to 200M)...there wasn't a "SPLIT" indicated in the amendment...
Also looks like they lowered the preferred from 20 million to 1 million. That seems a little odd, 1 million...
DaReal...I'm beginning to think that this is huge and real...Wikisoft Corp going to go big...
