Power3 Medical is no more...gone. They filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on March 15, 2012. Assets have been sold. So, why does PWRM still trade? My guess is neither Ira nor Helen notified the proper authorities (SEC) to let them know that the company is done and should no longer be trading. WHY? If i were to take a wild guess i would say that Ira and/or Helen are trying to sell what's left of their shares on those that are unaware that PWRM is no longer in business.

$40,000 translates to 5 computers and other documents. No wonder, back in May 19, 2012, "the auction will be sold as 1 lot in it’s entirety". Back then, I was wondering who the heck would buy the auction.

In August, 2012, the Company learned through a letter from the Trustee that the IP now belongs to the bankruptcy estate of Power3, and the Trustee has provided notice to the Patent and Trademark Office of the change in ownership back to Pwer3

AMBS bought NUROPRO from PWRM and AMBS is now on high watch they have many great things going on dont miss the boat its very cheap here cud be a lotto play from these levels just my opinion do your DD and you might be suprised here

Neogenomics would be the company to follow for any PWRM IP

IP assets transferred to Neogenomics Mar 7 towards payment of Judgment. (Makes sense now why they filed Chap 7 on Mar 15-they have no assets.) There is still a balance due. Receivorship below shows all patents that were transferred. There are also other lawsuits and secured creditors, including IRS and law firms. Helen Park and Ira are each co-debtors but also are in top 20 unsecured creditors. They are owed $439K and $169K respectively. PWRM has $866,422 in assets and $3,732,046 in Liabilities. After Secured Creditors and judgments, nothing for Shareholders.

I believe this is one of those famous "Zombie" stocks. The company declared Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy and yet pinksheets hasn't bothered to add the Q nor did they add a E for past due filings.
