Yes, he converted the Class B into Class A so he could sell them. It's a relatively small portion of his overall holdings and it's within the family trust, not of his personal holdings.

Guy is an officer of the company but I'm not sure what the filing indicates. I think it means that he converted 300K of class B shares into class A...but not positive.

If that's correct it begs the question of why, since B's have 10X the voting power...unless he's getting ready to sell them...
