•Organic Potash Corporation ("OPC") is a company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with subsidiary companies in Ghana West Africa.
•The main business of the group is the production and export of Potash (Potassium Carbonate) produced from agricultural waste, in particular, cocoa husks.
•OPC has an exclusive license agreement with GC Technology Ltd. for rights to exploit the proprietary technology for the manufacturing of industrial grade  Organic Potash.
•Ghana is the second largest producer of Cocoa in the world, second only to the Ivory Coast (combined supply over 50% of the worlds cocoa).
•Stable democratic political system.
•Ghana is the emerging political economic star of Africa.
•Strong and steady economic growth which is being reinforced by the production of 200,000 plus barrels of crude and significant gas reserves.
•Potassium Carbonate (Potash) can be obtained by two main methods:
            1. Through mining
            2. From the ash of agricultural waste ie. Cocoa pod husk

•Mined Potash contains  approximately 5 parts per million of arsenic which is toxic and limits applications.
•Organic and totally free of arsenic at 99% plus purity which equates to "pure organic Potash" and is unique to the world.
•Organic Potash (as it is called) has no limitation in applications such as food and pharmaceuticals.
•Tax free operation for minimum of 5 years as a result of the production  being classified as a non-traditional export.
•Income tax maximum of 8% thereafter.
•Equipment import duty free.
•Locational incentives tax rebate for manufacturers of 50% of income tax.
•Ghana is currently negotiating a tax treaty with Canada.
•An estimated average of 168 MT of cocoa ash will have to be delivered daily to the processing plant (potassium carbonate production is assumed at 123 MT per day using 3 shifts). However, because of the seasonal nature of the crop (two seasons) it will be necessary to hold ash stocks equivalent to 90 days of Potash production (approximately 15,000 MT) to ensure continuous availability of stock to the processing plant.
•Quality control officers, using PH Meters, will verify the quality of the cocoa ash before final delivery.

•The plant has the capacity to operate with three lines each producing a maximum of 40,000 MT. First year of production is based on one line.
•779,221 MT of Husk will be processed each year resulting in 54,546 MT of cocoa ash, recovery rate of 73.3% potash,  40,000 MT of Potash (potassium carbonate).
•Utilizing low end price of $340/MT this equates to sales of $13,600,000 and at the high end of $550/MT equalling $22,00,000 in sales.
•Average market value of Potash has ranged from $340 to $550 US per MT within the past 3 years.
