It markets and develops residential furniture for the living room, dining room, bedroom and home office in styles. Its products are sold in the United States, People's Republic of China, Europe, Australia and to other markets worldwide. Its product offerings feature urban contemporary styles. During the year ended December 31, 2011, its selling product categories were sofas, dining tables and chairs, which accounted for approximately 22%, 17% and 15% of sales, respectively. On August 31, 2011, Nova LifeStyle acquired all the outstanding capital stock of Diamond Bar Outdoors, Inc. (Diamond Bar).
