read my post , it was based on what you posted on the goings on at Newlook. You are the one who continually brings up Fanotech. I didn't but stock from Fanotech and they are really not my concern. But you seem obsessed? Good luck with that .
You are good with PR , did you buy into Newlook / Vertility thinking it was a premium product? And who told you that ?

if you are looking for information you sure have an odd way of getting it. You are spouting nonsense about a company and persons of which you know nothing about ( except for what good old JS has put into circulation about them ) .

In terms of the lack of posters , well we have to thank Lucky for that . Seems he scared away all the touters ( some of them paid ) . Now you are left with the real world . I have a guess that many of the longs will be back soon as JS will once again fail to deliver on his secret plan . Call them haters , i call them people who are pissed off because they were mislead . Period.

In terms of your question , if someone thinks they have been unjustly dealt with it is up to them to determine their pursuits , ( not you ,that is of course unless you have a GOD complex) and since you admittedly don't have the details surrounding the issue i would have to say that is a childish question.

I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm not a moderator on either IAGM or WLSA... And if I had any control over these boards, do you really think I'd still be getting over half my messages removed? And do you really think I'd be banned?

If you'd actually read my posts, you'd know that I never said anything close to IAGM being a "sure thing". I wish you'd at least try to maintain a certain degree of accuracy. I'm mostly just posting things that I find on the web.

When I say they are bad at running their company, I'm mostly trying to get your goat . Though you know these guys certainly aren't the saints you're trying to make them out to be. What about all these open records that show Gabe lying under oath... Are you saying that that never occurred? What about this nearly million-dollar lawsuit they have over Simmonds posting records that were already open to the public anyway. Are you saying that's a worthwhile pursuit? And if the company is in such good shape, why can't I find anything new about them online? And why is their website in shambles?

Again I have no connection to Simmonds and have no inside information, but I could see a couple possibilities as to why someone might not want to pay full price for this "Premium Sandwich" once they had a chance to look at it... One, like you said, maybe they are simply trying to get the best deal they can... Or two, maybe when they looked at it, they realized that it wasn't quite the "Premium Sandwich" that was being advertised. Again I don't know the answer, nor do I presume to know the answer... Like I said before, I'm skeptical of Simmonds based on what I've seen of Simmonds, but I'm also skeptical of the Tomassonis based on what I've seen of the Tomassonis... And your behavior here doesn't really help my opinion of them .

I don't think you have enough fingers to count how many business your man has run into the ground in the time Fanotech has been operating . Better add your toes in there . Bet his Daddy is real proud of him .

Nothing childish about the letter , if anything ( If you were a real shareholder you would thank him for setting the record straight ), as you sure weren't going to get that from good old JS . But for some strange reason you are a hater? Oh so very strange?

Maybe you can understand it this way , when you order a Big Mac at the drive through window you can tell everyone in the car you will soon have a Premium Sandwich in your hand . But you get to the first window they say " please pay for your sandwich" . So you can answer you own question now by answering this . If you tell the person at the window that you can't pay until you have the burger half eaten ( or half sold ) , what do you think they will say ? Better yet when they tell you no, come back and try again but this time say , well the buger has been sitting there too long so i only want pay half as much and the guy in the car behind me is going to pay . One last thing , Fanotech is still operating how is WLSA and Newlook doing ( which should be your main concern). Have you found any new blood . How does a business run like that , what is it's main revenue stream ? As a simple reminder , it was JS that published all that crap about deals and we are going to file soon etc . What can any of that have to do with Gabe and Fanotech . Just be honest you are deflecting .

I asked him a few questions, and for whatever reason, he failed to respond... Maybe you could help clear the matter up. Lets start with you answering this question:

If things such as the Joint Venture, the American Sales rights, Newlooks ownership in shares, etc. are so inaccurate, then why is it that Fanotech waited until their Christmas letter before bringing them up and denying their existence?


And in case my question confused you, let me be more clear:

On April 21, 2011, WLSA published a PR stating: "Vertility Technology Corporation has acquired an exclusive and perpetual license to manufacture, market and sell all products currently manufactured by FANOTECH (...), and that this license will extend throughout the United States of America"

Starting on July 19, 2011, NLI's filings repeatedly stated: "On February 18, 2011 the Company executed a second addendum to the terms of the June 6, 2010 letter of intent. This addendum provided the Company with an immediate ownership of 10% of Fanotech Manufacturing Group"

If these statements were inaccurate, why didn't Fanotech publish clarification immediately following these claims?

Why didn't Fanotech publish clarification in May 2011, June 2011, July 2011, August 2011, September 2011, October 2011, or November 2011?

Why is it that Fanotech waited until their Christmas letter, before they finally denied the existence of these deals?

What creditors are you referring? There's only about $200,000 still owed to the receiver (which is scheduled to be paid up by the end of the year). They owe a million or so to related parties (who have already agreed to receive payment in shares). And they owe 6 mil to WLSA... Which will be dismissed as part of their divestment of WLSA shares.

How is this a bad thing? It provides essential money for their acquisition. It eliminates 6 million of their debt. It distances them from any potential lawsuit against WLSA. And, depending on the yet-to-be-released details of the debt settlement, it may result in the return of the large chunk of NLI shares owned by WLSA.

As far as whether or not this requires "an independent valuation"... I don't know the specifics of Canada's securities regulations... And I suspect you don't either... Though I would assume NLI's lawyers and internal auditors have at least some working knowledge of the laws.

I am saying that there are rules governing the disposition of major assets of a Company especially to non arms length parties. I am saying that by removing the major asset of New Look it leaves New Look with only the uncompleted transaction Fanotech.If the deal is a cash deal that is one thing but as usual there is no clarity. With the amount of debt outstanding the creditors/receiver would simply grab the liquid asset. All non arms length transactions would require an independent valuation. I suspect there is more to come.

Let me see if I got this straight
Newlook Industries (NLI) sold a total of 23,132,457 shares of Wireless Age at $0.08 per share.
John Simmonds and Family acquired approximately 5.4 million shares and approximately 13.2 million shares were acquired by twenty three (23) separate investors including Directors, Advisory Board Members and Senior Management, and some of their respective Family Trusts. So that equals 18.6 million shares approximately worth 1,488,000.New Look is a public company with a disastrous balance sheet so without shareholders approval with a non arms length transaction New Look can authorize this. I don't think so. Also was this transaction paid for in cash? If so will the proceeds just go to the creditors? That leaves New Look with its major asset diversified and it what is left is Fanotech a company that according to the last set of statements has not closed. I do not know how you could get a transaction like this through without independent business appraisals and shareholders approval.New Look shareholder should be demanding answers.
