On January 27, 2012, we acquired A.G. Trucano, Son & Grandsons, Inc., a slot route operation based in Deadwood, South Dakota. Currently, we operate approximately 950 slot machines in 20 Deadwood locations. We offer our customers the ability to earn cash back and other amentities through our Dakota Player Club.
Deadwood is a town of 1,300 residents located in the Black Hills, South Dakota, in the southwest corner of the state. Deadwood sees million of visitors each year, as this was the town in which "Wild Bill" Hickock met his demise in 1876. Deadwood is a 40 minute drive from Mount Rushmore and 40 minutes drive from Rapid City. Initiated in 1989, Deadwood was only the third jurisdiction in the United States to host legalized gambling.
