Sorry to take so long getting back to you. I only check the board once in a while to see if anyone has heard anything. Anyway, I believe that Ziam bought it as a shell company so that they can clean it up and put it back on the pink sheets to trade and possibly perform a reverse merger with another company, etc. I could be totally off base but I have seen the name associated with other RM's. Your guess is as good as mine so take with a grain of salt. GLTU.

The shares were purchased from the Shareholders of the Company, for an aggregate purchase price of $150,000.00. The transaction was completed pursuant to the terms of a Stock Purchase Agreement dated August 31, 2006.

ZIAM used its own capital to purchase the stock.

I totally agree. The thing I feel bad about is that a good friend of mine started playing the stocks about the same time I did and bought into this stock mainly because I did. He has a much larger position in it than I do (and a much smaller average price) so I am very hopeful that something comes of this.

I would like to see them turn it into a reverse merger shell play like so many of the dormant companies are doing lately. My average is pretty high too but at this point it would be better to get back part of the investment than none. GLTU

It would be great if that happens and it doesn't become another typical pinky that fails again. Unfortunately, my average on this is much higher than the current price so somebody is going to have to perform some miracles to get it to where I need it to be just to break even.

Yeah, it is just collecting dust for the most part since last spring and the only other recourse is to write it off as a worthless stock. I figured I might as well hold it through the spring and see what happens. According to the filings someone paid $150K for the controlling interest so maybe they will reinstate it and make it worth the time. GLTU

Good point. I bought into this as my first investment and it turned out to be a scam (oh well!). I'm willing to hold it just because, mentally, I have already written it off.

Since it is tax time I thought I would follow up on this stock since I hold a small position. It has had quite a wild ride if you take the time to read all of the 8-k's and and amended filings. I wanted to know if I should write it off as a tax loss or let it ride in 2007. So I made a phone call to the controlling party, ZIAM, Inc. in Texas, and asked if this company was coming back or if it was a wash. The gentleman that I spoke to said that it is their intention to bring this back by the end of the first quarter of 2007. He said that they plan on doing the financials and file the 211 to go back to trading and that he would be working on this when he came back from Christmas. What it will become or what kind of business plan it will follow is anyone's guess. But if you are like me and you have held this dead bird since last spring then what is 3 more months gonna hurt? ANOTHER RED FLAG . . .

According to the Nevada Secretary of State's corporate information portal Early Detect Marketing was formed on 5/23/2006 which is the day before the press release announcing its "acquisition." Furthermore, the Articles of Incorporation list 5,000,000 shares authorized with total capital of $5,000.00. Seems a little low for a "company" with contracts worth almost $40,000,000.00 doesn't it?

Rudy Investor, I'm not particularly impressed with this stock's prospects.

In the last 10Q they announced that they have NO cash and significant debts. Their total assets apparently are a few pieces of office equipment (based on the incredibly low value assigned to that category). Also, since that 10Q, RDYF has filed two 8K's both announcing a change in leadership. In three months they have gone from Pearl Asancio/Ascancio to Howard R. Hunt Jr. to Alisa Taggert. In April one of their major shareholders converted his/her 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock to common shares. Considering that after the 1:1450 reverse split in September of 2005 RDYF had less than 60,000 common shares issued and outstanding with 950,000,000 authorized shares, it could be that shareholder that is doing most of the selling here.

I also question where RDYF came up with the resources to acquire a company like Early Detect (if it is,in fact the same Early Detect as in earlydetect.com). Apparently Early Detect is a thriving business. What does a bankrupt shell offer them other than the chance to be a publicly traded company? That is, incidentally, something they could do without Rudy 45, as well. And now, RDYF announces that it is looking at acquiring yet more companies and the same question goes unanswered.

For my part, I'll wait to see if anything in RDYF's next 10Q allays these massive uncertainties. If it is on time it should be coming out soon.

Some background on RDYF’s investor relations firm, for what it’s worth.

Checking on Nassau International Consultants, Inc. (“NIC”) with the New York Secretary of State’s web portal shows that the company was formed in October of 2001 in Nassau County, New York with Keith J. McNally as CEO. Mr. McNally is also the signatory on a contract with SiteWorks Building & Development (SWKJE) for NIC and NIC also worked with a defunct company called Reality Wireless Networks. NIC received shares of stock in exchange for its "business development" services from both companies.

The phone number given in the last PR provided an interesting investigation. It is also found on an SB-2A for K MAC Enterprises, Inc at 1209A Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square, NY. K MAC Enterprises is owned and operated by Keith and Lisa D. McNally and should NOT be confused with K-MAC Enterprises out of Arkansas which is a huge Taco Bell® and KFC® franchise. K MAC Enterprises originally stated that they were in business to sell "intimate apparel for special occasions" but recently modified their business description to "women's swimwear . . . emphasis in fitting outsize women." The reality seems to be that they are trying to sell stock to pay their attorney bill (possibly the John Carson mentioned as holding a Note Payable).

Sorry, but it looks to me like Mr. McNally is little more than a paid pumper. Perhaps someone with a connection to Rudy 45 could illuminate the exact role NIC and Keith McNally are playing here.

The address, 1209A Hempstead Turnpike, is also listed to AMB Funding Corp which is a supervised mortgage banking firm also dba Realty Associates USA run by Arthur M. Brasco. It’s just my guess but the address is probably an office building with numerous tenants and there is probably NO relationship between the two companies other than that.

Is Rudy 45 a good company? I don’t know.
