I was about to buy their shares, but decided to simply read all their past 2 years SEC filing and their detailed financial statements.

Being an accountant , I prefer to look at things on quantitative aspect

First thing to note is the company has zero revenue for the last three years f/s which I checked, they have no fixed assets or notable current asset . All they have is liabilities and they do confess well that their business might not be able to survive if they can't raise more capital

The company is so poor that they have to pay the consultant with shares and basically issued shares left and right to meet it's short term payable and liability obligations

At June 2019 the price per share was above 10 cents and now at .0006, that means if you invested $100 now it's worth 60 cents !

Now with the cygraph thing it doesn't matter if they are not capable of generating a dollar in revenue. Infact the agreement with MITRE requires them to raise 2 million dollar in 18 months from accredited investors and sell at-least 5 commercial products.

Given the track record of the company and the components of their financial statements, anyone would doubt,

I was almost going to buy shares based on recommendations but reading the negative reviews here and scanning through their financial statements, I have decided to give up on the idea. I would only reconsider if they report any revenue on their next 10Q or 10k

S123,doc,beam,xplanation plsread...hi this is my first post ever on any board although I have been utilizing ihub for 10 yrs.. I respect your collective acumen and feel the need to help in this case. I have a "stalker" who, in addition to her associates, have enough money to lose money trading this stock with the intention to drive it's price down, solely for the purpose of causing me personally to lose money. I am small time. I have 7000 shares here, as well as 4000in dcg.etc..and essentially no money at all otherwise. Everyone is puzzling to understand why this ticker is behaving so oddly. It spurred me to emerge as what I believe to be the cause. I realize this sounds farfetched, but if one were to consider the possibility of a few parties willing to take a loss on each small ( to them ) trade, then I feel you may agree that, after accumulating shares, this would be possible. Notice the same action on the other ticker I mentioned within the last few days, (these are my only holdings), and perhaps this might answer some puzzling questions. Also, I operate solely with a cheapo phone, utilizing free WiFi, so this message is known to my nemeses. Hopefully life-changing Long, strong, not sure what else can be done

While the margin requirement for buying stocks is 50%, the requirement for short-selling stocks is 150%. ... The NYSE has a rule (rule 431 (c) 2) that requires $2.50 in cash or margin for every stock below $2.50 per share sold short.

Important

Don't give up your mod job on NSEH. You are the only mod that is getting this, and I an saving it elsewhere too in case I need to resend it to you in the future.

Yates might be trying to change the company name and symbol to dump this companies past history and his lies. This company has changed the company name and symbol about 4 times, but it always stayed the same shell and with the original filing numbers. We must do a name change of company on board and symbol change on the board when and if they do the change or people will think it is a new company. It will be the old company with just a name and symbol change. Registration of company will still be the old shell. I asked administration how to do the change for the board if they change the symbol and name. Here is what I asked them, and their reply how to do it. You will have to do it. I don't want to become a mod.

-------- What a shame all the money that is going to be lost here. Lucky dumped 3.5 times the amount of shares bought today. And some of the buying was his too. He is good at what he does. He did this here before and with 50 other companies. And he's just starting. Last time he was here he dumped 90 mil in one crack. Almost a billion in one day. 30 years no revenue. They live the easy life by taking out loand and the shareholders paying them off. Analysts call this stock all lies, nothing ever coming true. Zillions of mergers, buy outs, products, an endless line of lies that never came true. Everyone remembers when they said they had a contract with General Motors and a ton of other companies. I called some of the owners. They never heard of NSEH. I called the TA they had listed. They never heard of NSEH. But this is a free country and it is your money. Do as you please. We know more about this company than anyone. Some things more than Yates. Your money, your choice. Remember that. We warned you. It was your choice. Do some DD.

If anyone thinks Yates is gone, better check out who the owner is with all the shares. You find out how many shares they really have and your head is going to spin around. And by the way, at one time the shareholders held controlling interest in the company with all the shares they held, until Yates illegally gave himself more shares than the shareholders without a vote and illegally took controlling interest away from the shareholders.
