Pink Sheet SCAMs like ONCI don't have to file audited financial statements, which is why SEC maintains a "buyer beware" on OTC stocks - because 'by definition' there is ZERO OVERSIGHT over their financial reporting.

SEC has COMPLETE AUTHORITY over share issuance, and matters related to shares & investors.

It takes a little effort by the CEO to turn a triple zero 2 stock around. These efforts have not been tried yet for a reason. At this stage we either skyrocket or get screwed.

Today was a the Long selling day for tax purposes. The big test is on 12/1 and whether the CEO will show good will and pay the 48K note due or he will have to issue one billion shares to pay which will put the company over the AS.

But apparently there's now such a thing as "imminent breakout". I can't find the term in any worthwhile trading literature, and google just points back to one poster on ihub who's "coined" the term so to speak.

It appears to be a stock that's in a long-term downtrend, that breaks down from every posted "triple bottom", again and again, until it nears .0001, at which point "there's no place to go but up!", as he's posted repeatedly during the past 18 month, 95% loss.

That's the best I can figure it out, but hey, I'm still learning here...

Mutliple studies have shown the smallest-of-small retail investors are attracted to penny stocks. Some even manage to get onboard a rocket-ship, only to lose lots of money when it turns against them.

Why didn't they take some off the table when it went their way?

Regardless of your entry method, IF you're LUCKY ENOUGH that something goes your way, execute scale-out sells into the ramp. Dump what's remaining before you give it all back.

Popped on everyone's scans 10 Oct, then churned a bit at prev (Feb) highs, then another breakout.

These things never last; smart money gets in and scales out if it goes their way. If it doesn't go their way they get out. NOT LOSING is the name of the game, because every week new stocks pop up on scans.

OTOH, "imminent breakouts" don't exist. Something breaks out, hopefully on volume, or it doesn't.

You can "load up" on stocks going nowhere, or going down, if that's your thing.

Heck, you *might* get lucky and there's not even competition for the shares so buying is easy. But you may EAD if you're not clever with your exits.

Betting against would be "short". Waiting for either a meaningful upward move, or PROOF of Berman's claims is simple prudence.

IMO, everything he says is suspect. We KNOW he has LIED extensively in the past, and NOTHING OF VALUE regarding this company can be factually, 3rd-party verified.

No filings since 2016, other than paying-off some old DE debt.

No tax filings, as required, in 2017 or 2018.

Why not? Fake financials claim 'active' status, but DE says VOID.
