SECURITY DESCRIPTION:  Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Depositary Shares each representing 1/100th of a share of Floating Rate Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series G, liquidation preference $25 per depositary share, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 2/15/2009 at $25 per depositary share plus accrued and unpaid dividends, with no stated maturity, and with floating rate distributions of 0.75% per annum above one-month LIBOR with a minimum rate of 3% per annum, paid monthly on the 15th day of each month to holders of record on the first day of the month in which the payment is due. In regards to payment of dividends and upon liquidation, the preferred shares rank equally with other preferreds and senior to the common shares of the company. (LBHI) stated that it has filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. None of the broker-dealer subsidiaries or other subsidiaries of LBHI was included in the Chapter 11 filing and all of the U.S. registered broker-dealers will continue to operate.
