(OTCPK: LPPI) announced today the company recently fulfilled an order for eight more LeepCoreTM Mail Screening Facility (MSF) units for delivery in Africa, Afghanistan, and Europe. This brings the total number of MSF units delivered under the March 2010 contract to 28. The four-year contract has a potential total of 150 units and $6,000,000. An order for eight additional units is pending, with more orders in the pipeline.

The LeepCoreTM MSF units, deployed to strategic international locations have, without exception, performed well and received high praise. LEEP MSF deployments include areas of unrest around the world such as Africa and Afghanistan. As a result of this positive exposure, LEEP has now shipped an additional 25 MSF units independent from the March 2010 contract, for the U.S. Government and Government contractors.

LeepCore Classrooms



At the start of this new school year, 40 classrooms full of students in Baker County Florida will experience the first LeepCore constructed classroom buildings. Each of these buildings contain eight classrooms. As of mid-August, two of the buildings were complete with the other three scheduled for completion over the next six weeks. The buildings are constructed with LeepCore™ structural walls and roofs. The project has been a unique experience for the contractors and the school district and has gathered many interested spectators. The structural properties of LeepCore™ along with its many other attributes have brought many compliments to all involved.

The product offers advanced benefits, including: cost-effective design and reduced timeframes to construct floors, roofs and frameless, load-bearing, free-standing walls. LEEP PRODUCTS FOR HURICANE AREAS

CSU FORECAST TEAM UPS EARLIER PREDICTION, CALLS FOR ‘VERY ACTIVE’ 2007 HURRICANE SEASON

The U.S. Atlantic basin will likely experience a very active hurricane season, the Colorado State University forecast team announced in early April, increasing its earlier prediction for the 2007 hurricane season.

The team’s forecast now anticipates 17 named storms forming in the Atlantic basin between June 1 and November 30. Nine of the 17 storms are predicted to become hurricanes, and of those nine, five are expected to develop into intense or major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5) with sustained winds of 111 mph or greater.

The hurricane forecast team predicts tropical cyclone activity in 2007 will be 185 percent of the average season. By comparison, 2005 witnessed activity that was about 275 percent of the average season.

“We are calling for a very active hurricane season this year, but not as active as the 2004 and 2005 seasons,” said Phil Klotzbach of the Colorado State hurricane forecast team, Fort Collins, CO. “Based on our latest forecast, the probability of a major hurricane making landfall along the U.S. coastline is 74 percent compared with the last-century average of 52 percent.

“In December and January, we had a weak to moderate El Niño event in the tropical Pacific Ocean. When you have El Niño conditions during the hurricane season, it increases vertical wind shear across the tropical Atlantic and typically results in a weaker tropical cyclone season,” Klotzbach said. “However, we’ve seen El Niño conditions dissipate quite rapidly late this winter, so we do not think that’s going to be an inhibiting factor this year. Also, we have warm Atlantic sea surface temperatures this year, which we’ve seen just about every year since 1995.”

The hurricane forecast team reiterated its probabilities for a major hurricane making landfall on U.S. soil:

• A 74 percent chance that at least one major hurricane will make landfall on the U.S. coastline in 2007 (the long-term average probability is 52 percent).

• A 50 percent chance that a major hurricane will make landfall on the U.S. East Coast, including the Florida Peninsula (the long-term average is 31 percent).

• A 49 percent chance that a major hurricane will make landfall on the Gulf Coast from the Florida Panhandle west to Brownsville, TX (the long-term average is 30 percent).

Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS) designation is offered at a significantly reduced rate. 2006: LEEP, Inc. Sales and Funding Update

Sales Update

LEEP, Inc.’s (“LEEP” or the “Company”) Management team is focusing its sales efforts on developing sales with companies that will become long-term large-volume users of the Company’s LeepCore panels. During the past three months, the Company has identified and is developing relationships with four large-volume prospects. An overview on the sales activities with each of these companies follows:

PROSPECT #1:

LEEP has been working with a company that manufactures containerized buildings for public and private applications in domestic and foreign markets. Following three months of discussions, LEEP has agreed to furnish four thousand (4,000) square feet of LeepCore panels to construct a prototype building of their light-weight transportable housing and office base units. The prospective customer will pay all expenses related to the construction of the prototype building including but not limited to the building design and engineering, LeepCore panel shipping expenses and building fixtures and furnishings. Completion of the prototype building is expected within 45 days. This anticipated customer currently has a significant backlog of orders and is planning to sell the new LeepCore constructed buildings as a replacement for their current transportable housing and office units starting in June 2006.

PROSPECT #2

HUD, FEMA, Department of Agriculture and Mississippi government funding policies have been defined and are being implemented. In addition, new flood planes have been established in southern Mississippi. With all of this now in place, developers in Mississippi are now getting ready to start the massive job of building the replacement housing, commercial and public buildings that were destroyed. Additionally, new residential developments to accommodate major relocation programs are getting underway. Management began developing relationships last November with an eastern group that is planning large, new residential development projects in the State of Mississippi. This prospective customer has major land holdings in Mississippi. Their plans are mainly focused on constructing low to medium-cost housing in the size range of 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. on properties they own. The planned average home price will be in the range of $100,000 to $200,000. Low income LeepCore multi-family housing is also being considered. This prospective customer plans to build higher-quality, affordable homes by starting with LeepCore panelized construction that can be phased quickly into Factory-built, permanent- construction. Management is currently working out design and other details with this customer for construction of the first of many planned LeepCore homes in Mississippi.

PROSPECT #3

The Company entered into a Distribution Agreement with Gulf Coast Industries (“GCI”) during the fourth quarter of 2005. GCI has entered into a Letter of Intent and is preparing a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with a significant modular homebuilder to establish a new modular manufacturing plant in Mississippi. This JV plant plans to use LeepCore panels to construct the walls and roofs of its factory-built modular homes. GCI is forecasting that it will take approximately ninety (90) days for the new production plant to become operational.

PROSPECT #4

LEEP has recently appointed a Factory Representative to work with school districts throughout the state of Florida to capitalize on the Company’s successful completion of the five-building, forty-classroom Baker County School District construction project. Potential new sales include a classroom project that is being submitted in March, 2006 to the School Board Trustees for their approval to construct twenty (20) LeepCore classrooms. Approximately 60,000 square feet of LeepCore panels will be required to construct the walls and roofs for this project. Construction is scheduled begin during the summer of 2006.

LEEPCORE HIGH-SPEED LAMINATOR FUNDING
LEEP management is working on agreements with an investor/development group on the coast of Mississippi. After a two-year planning phase, this investment/ development company is implementing a comprehensive redevelopment project in southern Mississippi. The total planned funding for the redevelopment program exceeds $2 billion dollars. The redevelopment project includes construction of 5,000 new homes, a new high school, public buildings, retail outlets and a new industrial-park complex. LEEP has successfully negotiated an initial term sheet and is now firming up a formal Letter of Intent with this Mississippi-based company. As part of the terms of this agreement, Management is structuring a $34 million loan, coupled with a long-term lease on a build-to-suit manufacturing facility to house the Company’s first automated LeepCore lamination plant. Management believes that this funding structure can be brought into final form for signatures by May, 2006.

July 6, 2005, Montoursville, PA.

The special shareholders’ meeting was held on July 6, 2005 at the LEEP manufacturing facility in Montoursville, PA. Dennis Schrage, Chairman of the Board, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM Eastern Standard Time. The meeting was attended by over 30 shareholders, Board members, managers and employees.

Chairman Schrage opened by stating that the meeting would consist of discussions and presentations of the following material:

To provide an update on recent developments in marketing, manufacturing and funding.

To present a resolution to amend three articles of the LEEP, Inc Articles of Incorporation to provide more appropriate, convenient and flexible operations for the Board and management of LEEP, Inc. and to increase the shares of authorized stock.

Chairman Schrage proceeded by presenting the following overviews of LEEP operations and recent developments:

Marketing

Meeting attendees were presented with recent photographs of the construction of classroom buildings built with LeepCore for the Baker County Florida school district. The five building project represents 40 pre-K classrooms. The first of these buildings is nearing completion, while the second and third building are erected and will be completed over the next four weeks. All five buildings will be completed by early October.

An outline was presented that described the current activity in sales that encompassed the ongoing design, engineering and bidding process for an array of new two, four and eight classroom buildings being developed by LEEP architectural, engineering and construction customers for a growing list of Florida school districts. The presentation was highlighted by a discussion of new LeepCore projects currently being finalized and slated to begin construction within the next few weeks.

Shareholders were also presented with an outline of current sales activities that included the current activity in Florida and ongoing new customer relationships that were developing in the Southeastern US, Texas and California.

Manufacturing

The production of the Montoursville Plant was evident in the many stacks of LeepCore that surrounded the meeting. Shareholders were able to observe nearly 200,000 square feet of newly produced LeepCore panels staged to be shipped over the coming weeks to fill the growing need for classrooms in Florida. The Montoursville plant is scheduled to reach production capacity of 120,000 square feet of LeepCore panels per month well before the end of the year.

A description of the new 30,000 square foot LeepCore panelization facility that has been developed by LEEP in Quincy, Florida was presented. LEEP, over the last few months, set up a new assembly plant that is now building LeepCore panels into wall, roof and floor sections. This new facility has assembled all of the Baker County classroom building walls and roof sections, which has provided LEEP with an additional source of revenue.

Funding

LEEP management continues to negotiate the funding that will finance our new high speed Florida plant and allow LEEP management to implement LEEP’s complete Business Plan. The financing arrangements have been identified, and the management and the Board have agreed to an initial term sheet. Details and logistics are being worked out and the company expects to complete the funding agreements and reach a closing in the very near future.

Chairman Schrage then moved to the business portion of the agenda:

Motion: Chairman Schrage called for a motion to amend LEEP’s Articles of Incorporation. Specifically, to:

Amend Article II.I. to better define the current business of LEEP, Inc.

Amend Article III to increase the authorized common stock of LEEP from 750 million (750,000,000) shares to 2 billion (2,000,000,000) shares, which will, in part, enable LEEP to satisfy its obligations under agreements entered into between LEEP and certain investors in May 2005 in connection with a major financing transaction. In addition, the authorization will create a significant reserve of authorized common stock for the long-term future.

Make the addition of Article IV to decrease the quorum required to be present at a shareholders' meeting from a majority to one-third of the votes entitled to be cast on any matter at the meeting, which is intended to make it easier to meet the quorum requirement for shareholders' meetings.

Make the addition of Article V to permit action to be taken by the shareholders without a meeting, if approved by the written consent of shareholders having at least one-third of the votes entitled to be cast. Currently, action by LEEP's shareholders may be taken without a meeting only if all shareholders sign a written consent authorizing the action. Adoption of this amendment will enable LEEP to take action requiring shareholder approval more quickly.

A motion to approve the resolution to make the Article changes was made by Marvin Staiman and seconded by Mike Roberts. There being no further discussion, Chairman Schrage called for the vote on the resolution.

All shareholders present at the meeting voted FOR the resolution. There were no votes AGAINST or ABSTAINED.

Proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the meeting equaled 99,094,411 voting FOR the resolution (57.7% of 173,201,486 shares outstanding) and 250 shares voted AGAINST.

Chairman Schrage then opened the meeting for general questions and discussions.

Questions:

A shareholder asked when the company thought the price of LEEP stock would increase. Chairman Schrage answered by saying that the fruition of both the pending funding to build our new manufacturing facility and the solidification of new high volume customers should greatly strengthen the value of the company. Over time, the more value we can build into the company the better our stock should perform in the market.

A shareholder asked if the company could foresee LeepCore replacing cement blocks and how does LeepCore compete with the price of concrete and cement blocks? Chairman Schrage responded by saying that LeepCore will certainly be replacing both cement block construction and concrete. He added that while we can be very price competitive to most current structural materials, the most significant LeepCore advantage over these methods is time. LeepCore enables the builders to reduce their overall construction time, completing and delivering buildings faster. Ultimately, using LeepCore means the builder will reduce their overall cost and shorten their delivery time over traditional cement or block construction.

A shareholder asked how the $4 million bridge financing received by LEEP last year was applied to LEEP operations. Chairman Schrage stated that those funds were used to purchase the raw materials for current production together with funding the expansion of the Montoursville plant to a full three-shift operation. In addition, a certain amount of the funds were allocated to build new customer relationships, solidify sales and install the new panelization plant in Florida.

There being no further questions, the shareholders approved a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:15 PM. Following the meeting, LEEP Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Dave Thorne, conducted a plant tour for all interested shareholders.

I like to look for stocks that could potentially be ready for a bottom reversal. I know of two and am looking for more. I am not a flipper....let me repeat that I am NOT a flipper. I will never do a deep six under the sea. Flippers generally lie about a stock when it's up to bring it down and when it's down they will pump to get it up. Thumper69 hear ye hear ye is not a flipper unlike some people I know. Yes, indeed I do know of two jewels on the otcbb and I'd like to share but alas I can't. Hi Bmitten... 4 years for me and I still believe in the product as well. When the right person comes on board this will sky-rocket, as I stated earlier I too believe in the product, I wish I believed in management, but the product it self will raise on it's own merit. Some people just don't when to step down and hire someone to run things for them, kind of like AQCI, great product but no business skills.

Been a long ride already. I have had my stock in this company for almost 5 years now. Same story different day. It is play money so I will keep riding it. Just don't see the tangibles yet. Example. At the shareholder meeting they told us that financing will be in place in 90 days. We heard that at the end of last year. In september of last year from Grant himself. We have been told about contracts now with three or four manufacturers of these classroom buildings. Three years ago we were told about a contract with I believe the country was Quatar to build oilfield buildings. What happened to that contract. I know I am being negative. It is kinda hard to believe words from these guys when you have never seen the results based on past promises.

Don't get me wrong. I believe in this product. I have told many friends and associates about it and they have jumped on board. Just always have a whisper in the back of my mind that keeps saying why is it taking so long to get moving?
