Knight Energy Completes the First Well On Its Lea Property in Stephens County, Texas

ATLANTA, Feb 21, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Knight Energy Corp., (Pink Sheets:KNEC) has commenced production on its first well on its recently leased 400-acre property in Stephens County, Texas. The Lea #1 well on this property has been producing quality oil for the past week and has been averaging approximately 100 barrels of oil per day during that same time frame. In addition to the oil production, there is an indication that natural gas is present, and the Company intends to test the well for natural gas. Knight Energy also plans to drill additional wells on the property in the near future.
The Lea property is part of an agreement that includes an option and "right of first refusal" to lease an additional 3,100 acres adjacent to the 400 acres. Knight Energy anticipates that it will exercise the option for the additional 3,100 acres in the near future. If this occurs, the total acres leased will be approximately 3,500. This property is in addition to Knight's original 160-acre lease in Stephens County, TX, as well as the recently leased 640-acre parcel in Stephens County, TX, and the 1000-acre parcel in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma (The 400-acre Lea property was previously discussed in a press release dated November 17, 2006).

They put out news this week.. Kerry Associates introduces Knight Energy. Hopefully that will bring some exposure to this company as it is not very liquid. Kerry did a good job with AMHD when they first started with them.
I would like to see some volume here to get the price movin up,
with Kerry working and some good news. Just need the good news now.

I spoke with Bill Bosso, he said that weather has delayed the drilling of their 3rd well. They are back to work now and to watch for news next week!! He also mentioned that they would be posting their Q4 soon.. I hope next weeks news is good!!!!!

Nice to see a fellow AMHD shareholder over here. They are not producing yet but they have acquired 3,660 acres of land on the Barnett shale in Texas and 1,000 more acres in Oklahoma. They also own their own drilling rigs!! Check out there website, the link is above. IMO they have great potential.
