So now we have "which way is the wind blowing, oh well I'm on both sides anyway" and a good looking southerner with no experience except has a trial lawyer. Can you see the problem for the U.S.A if they are elected. The other day the police union put up a picket line at the Fleet Center and John Kerry was suppose to speak. He refused to cross the informational picket line and also stated that he would never cross a union picket line. Maybe the terrorist should start a union, they could prevent Kerry from doing his sworn duties with only a picket line, much more economical than bombs.

To Balance Ticket, Kerry Names Self as VP
(2004-07-05) -- In an effort to balance the Democrat presidential ticket, John Forbes Kerry today named himself as his running mate.

In an email note to one million supporters and journalists, Mr. Kerry wrote, "The Kerry/Kerry ticket is all about inclusion, diversity and opening the flaps of the big tent we call the Democrat party."

The presidential hopeful said his VP pick "not only sees eye-to-eye with me on most issues, but also opposes me on most issues. No matter how a voter stands on any issue, he'll find what he's looking for in the Kerry/Kerry campaign."

My biggest fear ...

Is Kerry makes it in as president and the economy tanks. Then he'll blame Bush for his failures because Bush made things so bad that he couldn't fix it.

He's talking about bringing in all the clinton cronies to revive the clinton economic package! What a joke! All they did is ride the internet wave up! Clinton only did 2 notable things successfully that I can think of while he was president: raise taxes and pass the family leave act. Way to stick your neck out their Clinton!!

Kind of funny how everyone is kicking the crap out of bush for iraq!! I guess no one remembers the Clinton ClusterF???s: somalia, kosovo and missing bin laden in sudan!

mick, A few of my concerns would be my 2nd amendment rights which he has no respect for. Yes, I know you have seen the photo opportunities of him shooting trap but that is not how he votes, that is part of his double speak. My major concern would be the security of the United States. We must win this war on terror and he has never been good on defense. Incidentally I am a Vietnam Veteran who did two tours over there and I feel absolutely no kinship to Kerry, just the opposite on his Vietnam service.

I find some faults with Bush but the choice between the two of them is obvious to me. Look I usually don't post political posts so I won't have much more to say on this subject.

By the way mick, I read a few of your posts and I have burnt many tons of coal in my career as a power plant engineer. On some real old stuff too. Stoker fired, pulverized and combination fuels. I doubt they'll ever license another coal plant around here.

I’m from Massachusetts and we nicknamed him "live shot Kerry" a long time ago. He will always be available if a TV camera is nearby. God help America if he becomes president. The guy stands for nothing and he has one of if not the highest rating as a Liberal. Just my take on it.
