No. There are quite a few documents that pertain to the Adversary Proceedings in the recent months...but they have no bearing on the POR/DS that was conditionally approved by the court last year.

Thanks db7. I agree. The $4 is a wild fantasy. I don't mean to throw out the craziest of possibilities. If you know about shells, then you may recall the one from 1 - 1 1/2 years ago that was purchased by a LA exec for his realty TV show. It went from sub penny or penny to $1.87 the first day, then the second day it went to over $4.00. Being that Jesup is in the business of financial investments/stocks etc...I sort of expect the best SOMEDAY when/if it does happen. I believe they may know the ins and outs and the people and how to make things happen, being that they are in the right industry. If it does not happen, then I don't know what we have here, becase I just don't see anything else. The atty's fees total as much as the money they are trying to recoup from the company they say swindled it from them, so again, seems like there is nothing. Such as it is with a BK play. I will hold because I see no mention of the shares being canceled. GLTU!

U obviously arent too familiar with shells/mergers... I have been playing them for years and it's the reason I own a ton of shares here. Even if existing shareholders only retain 5-10% of a new co it could still be lucrative

ifffff....this becomes a "clean shell"....you, me and all the current shareholders will be reversed into oblivion.....

we add NO value to a shell....we simply increase the size of the float....and, to that extent, interfere with the new owners ability to maximize equity financing (the reason for a publicly traded company)......

so, based on your own advice....get rid of your shares now while you think they heve "little value"....because once this becomes a clean shell for sale, your shares will be (in total) a couple of dollars more than worthless.....

I see this a reverse merger play someday. Once the litigation is settled, and they emerge from BK, they will use this as a clean shell for a newco. Someone will buy it or they will start anew. But I see it taking another 1-2 years for all litigation to settle, maybe more. The shell needs to be clean. Then, who knows. It could be a $4 stock depending on the new biz. My shares are tucked away for the long haul, come what may. I'm not selling at this point. Thoughts?

All I am aware of is that JLIC is trying to get $450K from (forget who, it's in the threads here), and they are supposed to be going to arbitration. Beyond that, what is going on with this? $5.88 worth of shares sold by MM near the close on Friday. Someone really wants you to sell. This stock is going to run hard on news.

Why a chapter 11 and not a chapter 7? They are going to restructure and emerge from BK? Keep shares in tact? Use shares for NOLs? Lots of questions, but I am holding for more than a couple of pennies. Insiders hold 33%, maybe more. No "Q" on this, and I find that interesting. Is that just an oversight? Anyways, I don't have any answers. I have been holding for months. I liked the action 2 weeks ago. This was pushed up 270% on low-buying volume. I believe someone said there is a gap up to .05. GLTA.
