This board will be for insider buying alerts.
One of the best ways for investors to gauge the strength of a company is to monitor insider stock purchases. Most of the time when an insider buys stock they either know the stock is undervalued, know inside information, or feel that they will have a significant ROI on their investment based on the information they have.
There is to be no pumping here, only news of insider buying.
Please do your own DD and do not buy based on insider purchases only.

Some recent insider trading to take a look at:
CVGI-- recently had some large buying with over $176,000 bought over several days. Looking at the chart there seems to be no resistance again until about .88 if it can break .74, and then heavy resistence again at .94. This also looks to be breaking out of a triangle. There was a small sell off after the insiders completed there purchasing in March and then there was more insider purchasing in April, which caused the pps to rise more. Back in Oct this stock was trading around $10.00 p/s. There seems to be volume coming in and I believe this stock could move significantly in the next several weeks or even months.

PZZI-- Pizza Inn insiders have been aquiring tons of shares since early 2008. Millions of dollars worth! Before the crash in Oct/Nov last year insiders were still buying shares! I look at this stock and see an extremly undervalued stock that was only brought down by bad news that we continue to hear from other sectors. The chart seems to show resistance at $1.17, and then again at about $1.20, $1.25, $1.30. These all seem to be slight resistance and unless there is a pullback in the market. I believe once this one starts moving, its gonna be hard to stop.
