Simpli-Business now supports remote access for phone system management, including the ability to make changes to integrated auto attendant features and auto call distribution and also delivers multimedia voice to e-mail functionality.

Business Direct is an efficient communications solution for customers that utilize an on-site PBX. With guaranteed increments of 1.5Mbps, 3.0Mbps and 4.5Mbps, dedicated bandwidth is dynamically allocated based on real-time voice, data and Internet application requirements.
