no mention at all of when new shares of Horsehead corp will be issued..no mention at all...no mention of when issued...and the price of the new shares...i dont think horsehead corp has new shares...it looks like a reverse merger into the old zincq shares...if thats the case, then this goes back to 50 cents a share and the new symbol will just be ZINC with the Q dropped off?

zincq NEWS!! 10-k and termination of reporting for securities...i read the 10-k and the termination of reporting operateing results...i didnt see any mention of new shares of zincq being mentioned or the when issued nor the price of the new shares..if no new shares are issued for horsehead corp, the they just drop the Q off of ZINCQ and thats where the new shares for horsehead are? bizarre!!! no mention of new shares or the new symbol or when they will be issued and at what price the new shares wil be priced at...i think they just drop the Q off of ZINCQ . and thats the new shares of the reorganized horsehead corp....I dont know.

more and more accumulation of ZINCQ shares taking place...volume is up and the bid support is coming up....four days in a row,,,,,a chart reversal is happening regarding the technicals...ZINCQis still way oversold....i still havent figured out why someone is buying up shares of ZINCQ thou.

looks more like someone is appealing the zincq chapter 11 exit plan. that means the new shares of horsehead will be stipulated with a "WHEN ISSUED" attached to them.

here is the scoop and skinney on ZINCQ. supposedly, SUPPOSEDLY shares of ZINCQ are to be cancelled on friday september 3oth or before the 30th. meaning zincq shares will be cancelled shredded, wothless and will never trade again. but as i have mentioned, these past three trading days of zincq has seen alot of buys....and tons of support at the .015 support price. so if zincq trades on monday, then the threat of cancelling zincq shares was just a threat. nothing else other than for someone to buy up shares of ZINCQ at unheard of prices of one penny a share.

trading of zincq shares didnt go well on friday...i was hopeing for zincq shares to break two cents to confirm reversal. time is not on our side regarding the sept 30th confirmation date. keep yoyr fingers crossed...hope for a last minute appeal or a potential buyer stepping up to the plate

good morning big green tractor..i am glad u are still with ZINCQ...this board has ben deserted....i am looking at the MACD technical chart for ZINCQ...I see a huge potential upside move for the MACD technicals...today will tell...thanks for your input...i also liked yesterdays 8-k from ZINCQ....also i contacted the attorney who represented the equity commitee for Horsehead corp. . her name is Ancela Nastasi. i asked her to file an appeal to the judges decision to wipe out ZINCQ shareholders. reason being is because the company balked at letting other companies know the true value of horsehead corp...because horsehead did not provide full disclosure, is grounds for an appeal to the judges decision.

i liked todays 8-k for ZINCQ just put out today...thats why we saw a rise in the share price of ZINCQ today? regardless...sept 30th looks like a key date....the mumble jumble of today 8-k leaves room for manuever for a hostile takeover to someone interested in buying the HORSEHEAD HOLDING CORP...thats how i read between the lines of todays 8-k. ALSO THIS IS KEY!!!!! if you look at the technical charts for ZINCQ, you will see a reversal in charts happening...if ZINCQ breaks .0150 tommorow, ZINCQ share price could go to 5 or 6 cents a share confirming a true reversal....getting back to the 8-k from today, i see some slack cutting taking place...meaning that the company's financials are in better shape then discusssed a month ago. full disclosure ..I own shares of ZINCQ..I have no short position in ZINCQ. hello rrb123...its all over for ZINCQ shareholders when ZINCQ shares are cancelled. look at the www.finra.org website dailey to see when FINRA makes the official announcement zincq stock is cancelled...when zincq stock is cancelled, then you can not buy or sell zincq stock and the zincq stock certificates go through the paper shreadder.

good news...ZINCQ is trading today....also, i read yesterdays 8-k. nothing great...it just looks like ZINCQ shares will trade longer than expected...cause once shares of ZINCQ shares are cancelled, you will not be able to buy or sell ZINCQ shars....ZINCQ shares will go through the shreadder....according to the 8-k, a noteholder from canada isnt happy with the reorganization plan. buys more time...maybe a buyer will put a bid in for the company...its roll the dice time for zincq

i saw buying pressure of ZINCQ shares on late thursday at .0175...if ZINCQ trades tommorow friday sept 16, and there is buying pressure created by the newly released 8-k that was released by ZINCQ at the close of Thursdays trading, then ZINCQ could see a good bounce...maybe get to 4 or 5 cents...because when buys of ZINCQ shares start pouring in, ZINCQ share price moves up very fast...member ark me is you approve this post. yoir investment in ZINCQ may loose value...i own shares of ZINCQ GLT

the stock price of zincq is down over 95% since friday septer 2nd...on sept 2nd it was trading at 52 cents a share,,,now it is trading at 2 cents a share. putting it down 96% in 7 trading days...thats a huge decline for a 7 day period....the market cap for zincq is a measely $112,000 dollars...56 million shares o/s times two cents a share...this company should liquidate...pay off all the debtors and noteholders and there will be alot more than $112,000 dollars left for shareholders....the shareholders should of been given a proxy questioning if they wanted zincq liquidated,,,most would of said yes...because the the note holders and lenders are going to own 100% of the company...which is not right. if a buyer still wants to buy zincq, can they,,,,,???? that will screw up the notholders and lenders of zincq. that happensif zincq get down to 1/2 cent a share....56 million shares times a 1/2 cent is a measely 28,000 bucks...unheard of...someone could technically take over 51 percent of zincq shares and force the courts to re-examine this reorganization,,,,zincq management has a resonsibility to the stock holdrs of zincs equity valuation....sell parts of zincq and pay off the debt...any company management would look at that option...i hope its not to late for zincq management to save the company,,,in conclusion, it will take 28,000 bucks to buy up all the shares of zincq when zincq sinks to 1/2 of a penny....and finally, i cant figure out who has shares of zincq to sell at 2 cents a share,,,they buy shares of zincq at 52 cents a share and then sell zincq shares at 2 cents a share.....bad hedge fund decision. full disclosure, your investment in zincq could loose value.

yes. correct. i have shorted shares of zincq to the amount of over 5 million shares...and will continue to short zincq to reckless abandonment....its easy money....short short and short some more...never have to cover...if fun to play on an uneven playing field.

ok..so zincq price worth evaluation is $112,000? yeah right!!!!! 56 million shares outstanding times 2 cents a share equals $112,000 dollars....ok....and 10 days ago zincq was at 52 cent s ashare....thats a 95% haircut....throw my technical charts out the window. when i thought zincq was over sold , the share price kept dropping....LOL....the 14 RSI is meaningless...the on balance volume is meaningless....all the technicals amount to a hill of beans....where are the people who were buying zincq at approx 50 cents a share a week and two weeks ago?....some one could by all the shares for about 250,000 bucks
